No problems with the order. But the checks are cheaply made. I like duplicate checks for an automatic record...on these the duplicate is virtually unreadable.
Also, the checks are very difficult to tear out...more than once I have ripped the check trying.
Go with a better brand...even if slightly more expensive.
You often get what you pay for..in this instance it is true.

Ordered 4 boxes and received 2. Called customer service and told 2 boxes are actually 4. They put 2 boxes in 1 box and call it 2?? Very deceptive!!
Paid $21 for free shipping. Never again.

I ordered a check design that was beige with block lettering under Personal Checks > Side Tear > Parchment. They have a different design, a gaudy mustard one, under Personal Checks > Classic > Parchment.

Guess which one they sent me. When i called to have them correct it they insisted i ordered the mustard ones. I tried to tell them no, i ordered a different design. They said the only design change for those is monogram/no monogram. I said no, i ordered a different check design entirely. they said no i didn't. i explained the checks i ordered, they said that's not what i ordered, i asked them Multiple times to look at their own website because they seem to have two designs called Parchment - and they Refused!?!? I asked them if because they're advertising designs and selling designs on their website that they clearly insist do not exist if this is a scam, because that's how it feels, at which point they offered to refund me. They Refused to correct the issue, refused to hear the issue, refused to look into the issue and at times seemingly didn't even seem to comprehend that their website could have a problem or review it or send me the design i ordered which Certainly would have cost less than a full refund - then got upset at me for being frustrated. i got very frustrated, yes, but this must happen a lot since they've got a two star trust pilot rating i am wishing i had seen before i bought checks from them.

I ordered checks from this company on 02/05/25 (I swear I have before, but now questioning that). I paid for expedited service so they would ship within two days. They sent an email on 2/7/25 saying order had shipped but giving no details about shipping courier. It's now been THREE weeks since they said they shipped the order and I have no checks. They are unresponsive. Also within 24 hours of placing my order I received literally HUNDREDS of emails from other companies saying I'd signed up for their services or marketing, etc. I've literally spent hours unsubscribing and reporting those as spam. So it's clear they immediately sell your personal information to other companies that will bombard your inbox with spam. I guess I'm going to have to see if I can dispute the charges with my credit card company and get my money back but I'm seriously concerned about my banking routing and checking account numbers now being in the hands of apparent scammers/criminals. Considering closing my checking account and opening a new one which will be another nightmare and time suck. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are definitely not a legitimate company.

have orderd from checks unlimited for years. placed order over the phone as i always do. Gave the person the information needed starting with check number 16070 and recieved checkes starting with 16390. Called and got a rude person who would not listen and started tell me that maybe i lost the checks or a lot of other crap. Will never order from from them again.

I ordered checks and mailing labels in October. I never received the mailing labels, and have contacted them via email and phone call at least ten times. No mailing labels and no refund. Never doing business with them again.

Ordered checks 2 weeks ago. Paid extra for rush delivery. No sign of checks.

I ordered checks from Checks Unlimited on January 3. I was charged on January 13. I have emailed 5 times with no response. Called and got disconnected. Now I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Since these checks were for a business, and my checks may be out there somewhere, I will close and open another checking account. What a pain. Do not order from checks unlimited.

From order time to in my hand was exactly 1 month

I had ordered checks several times in the past with no issues. This last time, I ordered checks for 40% off and was charged full price. I sent emails to the company and nobody has responded. I will not be using them ever again.

The first thing to know about CU is this...."Checks Unlimited is NOT a BBB Accredited Business." It is getting to the point where I need to check all businesses BEFORE doing business with them. LESSON LEARNED.

Here is my recent experience that started w/ an order made on 12/23/24:

"I have made three attempts to cancel my order (#53850969) and on the second attempt I called your business as instructed and spoke with a representative. I told the representative that within 24 hrs. of placing the check order I attempted to email and cancel the order due to my husband FINDING two more books of checks and we didn't need to order any at this time and that the numbering of the checks would be duplicated. The rep said she would cancel. The next day I was sick and in bed and not on my computer so I didn't see that Checks Unlimited had MAILED the order until Friday 12/29/24.

You can imagine my disgust that your company ignored by THREE attempts to cancel the order. Clearly I did not pay to have the order rushed....but you sent it rush delivery because you didn't want to lose a sale.

I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH CHECKS UNLIMITED AND WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT IF YOU CONTEST THE PAYMENT AND REFUSE THE RETURN AND I WILL POST REVIEWS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE ON-LINE.

I have plenty of evidence to support my case.!!"

I RECOMMEND NOT CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH CHECKS UNLIMITED. They don't value customers.

I was getting ready to order from this company but according to all the bad comments. I saw no reply from this company. I immediately canceled my order as a new customer. When you don't provide a resolution for your customer that is an indication you as a company is not concerned uphold your standards a true reliable company. Try resolving issues to have a better grade with BBB.

Added a 12.50 handling charge on the last screen after I paid . SCAMMERS

The checks do not tear out properly. I have used Checks Unlimited before, but the last order I placed has caused me to waste a number of checks.

I ordered checks two months ago, they're lost with UPS and Checks Unlimited can't seem to answer the phone or respond to an email. Ridiculously awful customer service and I have an order of checks floating in the wind. Do not order from this company.

How can this place stay in business. I ordered checks and return address stickers. The print was faded and so SMALL you couldn't read it. Hard to explain, but the paper, and print is of very poor quality. Write this place off your list. It was sold, a while back, the quality is gone.

Checks are fine but their business practices are shady.
I found it impossible to forego their "check protection". I marked their box declining the service but was still charged for it.
I immediately reached out (within the same hour of the order) to have them remove the charge but they informed me that I was too late to stop the transaction.
Never again!

There's a totally surprise "handling" fee of $12 tacked on at the very end. I saw no disclosure of this prior to checking out. It's dishonest.

Sent me the wrong checks, but didn't respond when I contact their customer service. I don't recommend this company.

Placed an order and paid with credit card. Got the order confirmation in my email. They sent out the checks and I received the order in the mail a few days later. Everything good. WEEKS later I get an email saying the credit card declined(!) No mention of that when I placed the order. So, I mailed them a check and they cashed the check a couple weeks later.(I can see this in my bank account, image of the front/back of the check) NOW, a month later I get an email saying "The balance of $***.** is more than 40 days past due on your order. If left unpaid, this balance is subject for submission to an outside collection agency". Stay away from this company whatever you do! They take payment and the pretend they never received the payment. And. They make it impossible for the customer to prove the payment was made. They want you to double-pay. That's their business model. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
