What a wonderful caring family run business, the type of customer service you just wouldn't get from larger companies.
I have daughters who love to match but one of boot sizes weren’t in stock so I asked if they would be soon so the other pair didn’t become out of stock in the meantime. They reserved the one size for me and then processed the order once they were both in stock.
Amazing, right?!
I will say the boots did actually come up a bit small even though I measured their feet but it was easy enough to return and the refund was processed very quickly, so again very pleased!
I now have two happy girls in their fabulous blanditos.
