I am very disappointed with the way my order was handled. I placed a small order on the 26th and paid £7 for delivery, expecting a secure and professional service. Instead, the item only arrived several days later, sent second class in a plain paper bag with no protection.
For such a high delivery charge, I would have expected at least tracked 24-hour shipping and proper packaging — especially for delicate cultures. The product itself may be fine, but the company’s approach to postage and packaging feels careless and not worth the cost.
I would strongly recommend the company review its shipping practices and charges, as this experience has really undermined my confidence in ordering from them again.

I ordered natural rennet tablets it was delivered just in two days. The product worked really well.

I bought an item and I paid $20.19 for shipping but after two weeks it arrived. And I asked UPS and realised they paid $4 and shipped. Why I paid for fast 1-2 delivery. I can not trust them and them products.
