A few weeks ago, a perfume was advertised on the website for $49 Roberto Cavalli Uomo 100ml for man, I bought it immediately, after 3 days I received an email saying that they had refunded my money with the excuse that the perfume was out of stock, after a few minutes when I read the email, I went to the website and checked, the perfume was not out of stock but they just increased the price to $89 which means that they do not stick to what they advertise.

After that I went to test the perfumes and came to the conclusion that the perfumes are not original, I do not know where they get them from but based on the quality and durability I think they come from Singapore or India, because they do not last longer than 5 minutes. Besides, they look at you like a criminal when you enter. DO NOT ENTER THAT STORE instead you have BARGAIN CHEMIST, the staff works much better and they are more friendly...

Who sends you a message 5 hours after you ordered a prescription via the app after the store has closed ? Chemist Warehouse !

Casula Cross Road (NSW) branch cashier name Sabrina did not want to sell 2 items due to Pharmacy medicine. After an argument, she RUDELY refuse to sell me that medicine even 1 item. The store management should encourage all staffs to have POLITE conversation with customers.
Avoid this store at all cost.

Would not purchase from again. Usless customer service. They take your money and then you receive not one product not even a follow up email. Products were held via Australia Post because of damage. And then sent back to store not one email from Australia Post or Chemist Wharehouse still awaiting refund. Do not trust!

I purchased eye drops yesterday from Chemist Warehouse, but upon using one ampoule, I experienced severe irritation—my right eye became very red and stung intensely. The product had an unusual, thick consistency, which seemed abnormal. Concerned, I returned to the store immediately to report the issue.

I was referred to the store manager, who introduced herself as Tina. However, at no point did anyone ask if I was okay or express any concern for my well-being. Instead, I was informed that a refund could not be issued because I had opened the box. I explained that there was potentially something wrong with the product, but my concerns were completely disregarded. Despite the fact that the eye drops were not fit for purpose and caused me substantial irritation, they refused to offer a refund or even an exchange for another product.

I was appalled by the way I was treated. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money at the store over the years for both myself and my family, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. Given the circumstances, I expected at least some level of concern and a reasonable resolution, neither of which were provided.

The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 clearly states a product has to be fit for purpose, this one was not.

I will never shop at Chemist Warehouse again as they have no regard for their customers but also I will convey my experience with regards to the eye drops that were possibly defective to all that I know and will file a complaint with consumer affairs

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered two items online, waited for two business days, seeing no progress called the service desk. Asked them "How can I cancel the order?", a question sentence, the lady on the phone canceled the order without my confirmation. She did not even apologise me. She talked to me rudely all the time, and in the end after all the time waiting, my order canceled. I am so upset. Never buy anything from Chemist Warehouse.

Similar bad experience as other reviewers on here. I paid for delivery to my home on an order yet it was never delivered and they had my correct address. I have followed up by phoning them on three separate occasions over that period requesting a refund but still have not been refunded my $125. One woman at customer service even deliberately hung up in my ear when I rang to ask when I would get my refund even though my order was placed three and half weeks ago. They have my money, but I don't have my goods. Absolutely shocking customer service and feel as though I've been scammed. I had a similar experience with another order some months ago but stupidly gave them a second chance. I will NEVER buy another thing from Chemist Warehouse again. I will be submitting a formal complaint to Consumer Protection. Beware people.

Not happy. Be careful, they scam. 400g Dry Roasted Almonds costs $6 on their website, but they sell 250g for $5.99 instore! (nothing similar on their website)!! Scam...

Very Disappointing Customer Service & Reimbursement Process
I recently had a frustrating experience with Chemist Warehouse. The customer service was absolutely disappointing. I had to deal with long wait times, unhelpful responses, and a complete lack of follow-through on my issue. I was promised that my reimbursement would be processed in a timely manner, but after weeks of waiting, I still haven’t received anything.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer. The lack of communication and delay in resolving simple issues is unacceptable. I will certainly be reconsidering where I shop in the future.

Would not recommend based on my experience.

Chemist Warehouse and ShopBack ripping customers via ShopBack platform. ShopBack adverte bonus cashback deals via various online communities, CWH supplies non-refundable products, and at later stage ShopBack refuse to honour advertised cashback percentage.

Don’t even deserve a number.
I don’t know what is going on with this company but it’s gone to the dogs!
They stole over $300 from us in December and have completely taken us for a ride getting it back. Disgusting after sales customer service trying to sort out online order glitches. Sent us the order products cancelled orders and have caused us nothing but gift. Will never buy from you online ever again. You have lost a customer who use to spend a lot of money buying health products for their special needs child. You are no longer honest or reliable to trust with our health care needs and will gladly be taking our money elsewhere.

I placed my script in and asked the staff member to NOT give me generic products
On receipt they handed over generic products. Had to wait while they swapped the products over to original not generic .
Then I got to the check out only to find I was overcharged they had not given me the pension concession. Back again to the pharmacist for correction . Then a lovely girl took me to checkout at the correct price .
More concentration on the job at hand and less giggling and mucking around please .

We needed crutches for my wife and it was near closing time. Ee Jie was so very helpful. My wife went on to also purchase some items for herself. Two shelf packing girls helped her immensely.

Sounds great in theory - however this is the second time items took over 3 weeks to arrive (and still waiting for rest). Additionally, items are shown as 'in stock' (Chemist Warehouse take your $$$ upon ordering), only to receive an email later to say they are out of stock and items will be delivered when more stock arrives (however long that takes).....
Would I purchase from Chemist Warehouse again...... probs not after a second mis-fire with delay of delivery and items not being available - false advertising...... (sorry).

I ordered probiotics online that require refrigeration. I ordered them on the 3rd and they didn't arrive until 12th. When they did they were hot and the freezer bag had completely thawed and was also warm. I rang the company. They refused to replace or refund the product saying that it could be out of the fridge for 7 days. It clearly says on the label store refrigerated at 2- 8 degrees. The manufacturer website says do not have out of fridge for more than 3 days. I am very, very disappointed as I spent $110 with them.

My elderly mother asked me to use her $100 gift card at Chemist Warehouse which expired 25.11.24.
When I was in the queue I noticed the gift card expired on 25.10.24.
I sent an email asking for an extension as big companies will do this as money was worth more 3 years ago than now.
Woolworths etc have no use by date and Myer etc have always honoured expired gift cards.
They sent me a nasty reply saying they were for 3 years and they would not extend it.
I know they expire after 3 years. All gift cards are at least 3 years expiry by law.
They couldn't make it shorter if they wanted to.
I am disappointed but not surprised as I have found there customer service is terrible and looking at the other reviews so has everyone else.

. Why do you take money for items you have for sale then refund ? This has happened to me twice in a few months

I was looking for perfume for a gift. I asked for assistance from Louise at the Westfield Parramatta Chemist and she was so very helpful. She really was very patient and knowledgeable. I ended up buying the gift and another for myself. Great sales assistance right there.

6 days ago I bought a blood pressure machine from chemist warehouse and I wasn't happy with the machine I took it back today and told them I'm not happy with the machine I want it to return it they said I have get contact with the blood pressure machine company it's not my responsibility to get contact with them I bought it from chemist warehouse and I'm paying them they were very rude and not helpful I just want to return the machine

Price gauging. False advertising. Taking customers For a Ride. Full price ticket underneath half price tickets. You are not very clever. The prices you advertise as half price are NOT half price.
