They were having a month long technical issues that they plainly took responsibility for and took good care of me

undergoing serious hardship here - freaking exhausted - nothing has been shipped - it has been over 1 month - scam

After a month of problems,everything got resolved, it was no ones fault , just clerical issues....products good and samples to make up for lost time.

Below was my old review

Was a good company...they became rc bay and 5 Happiness chems....had multiple successful orders , then suddenly they totally both screwed me over, no reply no product, 200 down the drain

Since they switched to be rcBay.site, they have been 5 stars. I wish I could have said as much of chems r us.shop

I would make payments and I'll be wait for 14 days from then to receive it. And not get tracking number for 7 days when the old website guarantee tn in 24 hours..and the tn shows no movement for 5 more days.. lol. Whomever bought the companies customer list from smiley has got their shit together some times more than smiley could do with one assistant named Stacey who barely could write English and would send me 2-3 paragraphs of broken English I had to reread and re read before I could understand what the hell she was saying.

With rcBay I have ordered 3x already and got every pack within 2-5 days just like their website advertised. No Bs. And just as good quality of products as chemsrus.shop would send. That's the one thing chems always had the absolute best quality of stims and benzos I have ever experienced with a US based rc company.

chemsRus was shutdown by January 1st! Actually, they were taken down officially before that, then the website got disabled later in the month. But, they haven't scammed anyone! rcBay Store bought the customer list from them and is now using the same platform as they were. In addition, they've hired some of the admins from chemsRus or at least one of them. :-)~ Anyone who had ordered from their website prior to the shutdown and consequently never received their package is being reimbursed by rcBay.

Bought a bottle of pyraz and a day or so later he someone disabled the site I really do expect a little extra for my trouble.
Update.
Supposedly someone bought his mailing list. They RCbay.company.site and made good on my old lost order. Rilmazfone was good. Thanks for making it right Smiley.

Fantastic customer service, so happy I found this new vendor for my research and will be using only them from now on. Would recommend them to anyone looking to do various types of research for plants etc!! They were out of stock of the product I originally ordered and sent a replacement (which got f’d up by the Hurricane) so they graciously sent ANOTHER replacement with priority overnight shipping, as well as 2 free samples, along with my original order finally being there!!
