My experience with Chicnery is the worst I’ve ever had online and I do NOt recommend anyone to buy with them ! Total scam and headache ! After months trying to get my order delivered or refunded I put a bad comment here and they refunded me not even 50% of what I paid ! And they think problem solved

Very helpful team! I was able to exchange my outfit that I purchased for the correct size with no problems. Also, the quality of the clothes are amazing.

I have sent 4 emails trying to initiate a return with zero response.

hi, we had an issue with a dress that was not up to usual high standards. they were very helpful and agreed to replace with an alternate design. excellent customer service.

This company is shady - do not purchase from Chicnery. Not only will you be unable to return for a full refund, the fabric is very low quality, the sizing is not accurate based on their sizing charts, AND customer service is incredibly terrible.

I have not recieved my pantsuit I ordered over a month ago?I paid top dollar and haven't heard a word from this company...am I out $160.00?

I ordered a beautiful dress but it turns out it is way too long for me. I am so disappointed! Bc of the design of the dress, alterations would be quite expensive. Upon deciding to return the dress, I was told I didn't have to return it, but I could exchange for another dress. The original dress cost a little bit more, but since I am able to keep it, I decided that it was worth the exchange. The communication was quick and fairly straightforward using the chat function on the website. Looking forward to my new dress!

They are a SCAM! Do not ever order! I wanted to return my item. They said, we don’t pay for shipping(they’re in China) so returning it would’ve cost a fortune. Instead, they offered to let me buy a new item. I am up to my 20th item!! With each item I choose, they’re out of stock!!!

If I could place a zero I would. Multiple outfits have never arrived. Although my CC was charged with minutes. Do not buy from this company

I have now also ordered and paid for the same set in Medium black. On may 15th. You said the shipment for first order not till 25th May! Despite being ordered and paid for on 11th April 2026. My second order is
CN14723. Please make sure BOTH are shipped together without any further delay. Waiting over a month for shipping alone is terrible! Looks like there have been multiple similar BAD reviews. Deliver BOTH or this site is reported!

Horrible company! Returns or exchanges are impossible. Scammer! Do not buy from them.

I received the first item in my order and the sizing was off and a weird piece of material on the inside made the fit uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the company about a return and got the run around, with the company offering me various discounts but refusing to give me the information to return. When they finally did, I asked that they cancel the second item in my order which still remained unshipped after a month. I have since made this request multiple times and continue to get “I am sorry, here is a discount on future orders” — this is unacceptable.

I will never shop Chicnery again! I had ordered an outfit I thought I would love. I ordered my normal size an xs. When they showed up the rise was far too long and sort of sagged. I requested a refund. For about a week and a half it was a back and forth with their customer care with them trying to avoid returning. I bought this outfit for my dad’s memorial service. This was the last thing I needed to struggle with. They finally agreed to allowing the return, but said I needed to pay to return them. I took them into usps and was quoted $70 USD to return. The postal agent advised me not to that she has seen many times a return not even processed after. With the item being $160USD I assumed it was a creditable site. I was wrong.

This company is a SCAM and deserves ZERO stars. I ordered a dress for an event from Chicnery. I received an order confirmation but never received a shipment confirmation even after waiting more than double the estimated delivery time. The event I needed the dress for passed, so I contacted the company several times. Finally, I received a response. They admitted that the item had not been shipped and wasn’t currently available but would ship when back in stock. I asked for them to cancel my order through multiple back and forth emails. With each email, they would not confirm cancellation and instead kept offering me discounts to purchase more items from them. I tried and tried to re-state for them to cancel my order and they never would. They would ignore my request as if I didn’t even ask. Ultimately, I received the dress that I no longer needed about 7 weeks after my order. (I should have received within 2 weeks). I considered trying to return the dress, but with my experience of asking for cancellation before the dress was even shipped and Chicnery not honoring that, I decided it would not be worth my time. After reading other reviews, I guess I should consider myself lucky for even receiving the dress at all, although I feel like I wasted my money. I would NOT order from this unreliable company. I am writing this review so that others will not be scammed like I was.

EXCELLENT - BUT I MADE MY INITAL ORDER A MONTH AGO AND THE DELIVERY WAS DELAYED DUE TO THE ITEM BEING OUT OF STOCK. i WAS DEALT WITH ON EMAIL BY THE TEAM AND MY REORDER HAS SINCE ARRIVED AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND VALUE FOR MONEY. I WILL BE ORDERING MORE ITEMS FROM CHICNERY.

My order (CN12016) was placed in March for an event in April. There was an entire month of time allowed for it to ship and arrive. I did not expect it to arrive quickly but I did not anticipate it not arriving in time for an event a month out. For weeks I kept checking if it had shipped and it had not. Realizing that it was not possible for it to arrive in time I reached out to customer service and requested the order be canceled and refunded. They responded at first by asking me if I was sure I wanted to cancel it and then offering me a discount for future purchase. I told them that I did not want a discount, I wanted the order canceled and refunded. We emailed back 3 more times and every time I requested the order be canceled and every time that asked me if I was sure (“do you want to keep the order?” Is what they repeatedly said). I VERY clearly said no because it would not arrive in time. They then asked me AGAIN and offered a 10% refund. I said no and requested it be canceled and refunded. Then I went without hearing from them and they responded a final time by telling me they shipped it. I don’t even believe they have because they are a scam. However, even if they did, it would have taken over a week of me requesting a refund and them admitting they had not shipped it and asking me if I actually wanted it to be canceled, for them to take action. They don’t ship your item unless apparently you request it canceled and refunded. They don’t listen to customers and good look receiving the product. Simply, they took a month to ship something and when I rightfully asked for a non-shipped order to be canceled, they did not listen to me (4 times). By the way, their website says you can cancel an order prior to it being shipped. So they lie and don’t care about customers. I regret ever going on their website. They have my money and I have nothing but regret and the feeling that they’re a scam because they wouldn’t give me what I asked for (per THEIR rules online by the way), which was a cancellation of the order and a 100% refund since it had not shipped for weeks and weeks. This is not how you treat customers or operate a business.

They never sent me my order initially. When I reached out - they said it was out of stock for 20 days and when I asked for a refund, they offered to ship another dress and provide a 30% discount, once I refused, they successfully refunded me. Their customer service was responsive.

I ordered a pantsuit, and it was too small. The online Chat customer service person is instructing me to return the package to an address in China, despite the package being sent to me from Illinois. The person kept offering me a partial refund, and I would get to keep the item. First it was 20%, then it was 30%, and now it has gone up to 50%.
