Rogue Company, steals money

Order COL14492 placed Dec 12, 2025 for $137.28 with express delivery promised by Jan 14, 2026.

Product was never delivered. No tracking was ever provided.

I received one email on Jan 19 from Vikram Singh (who posted a review it looks like), promising timelines for production, then complete silence. Multiple emails, voicemails, and WhatsApp messages were ignored (WhatsApp shows “read”).

No refund issued.

I have now filed a chargeback and complaints with the FTC and my State Attorney General.

Extremely disappointed. Buyers beware.

No communication and didn't receive my order

I placed an order in early November. There was no movement in the process after the order was confirmed. I reached out to the company several times via their website and email, with no response. Absolutely no communication from the company. I finally opened a case with PayPal. PayPal attempted to reach the company and also received no response so I received a full refund. I'm not sure if the company was overwhelmed with orders or what happened, but not communicating with paying customers is completely unacceptable and I cannot recommend anyone using them.

One of a kind gift

I initially had some challenges with communication and timelines working with Child's Own but in the end the company fixed their mistakes and I received my amazing new custom trolley plush. Having patience with communication lapse is important but worth it.

The attention to details on my daughter’s trolley plush are amazing! It is obvious they did extra research beyond the 2-3 photos I provided.

A con firm. Avoid these scammers at all costs

A con firm.

They did not produce an order as requested. And what they did send was of abysmal quality.

I queried this and they said they would look at this and respond. Three weeks later and it is quite clear they are ignoring this. I have asked my bank to recover the money.

Avoid this con firm at all costs

I ordered a custom plushie based off a YouTube sonic character

I ordered a custom plushie based off a drawing on December 11th and received it today, December 26th. I was a little nervous because we didn't receive updates until I asked and we never received tracking info. I think the reason we didn't get as many updates was because we paid for expedited production. We paid extra for expedited production and delivery. Received it and couldn't be happier with the results! My grandson loves it, and it's made him believe in the magic of Santa for one more year anyway. Santa just needed an extra day because it was a prototype lol.

the plush I got is superior quality than i think. but they have dely. if you want to get the specific time, you need to view spare time.

WHERE IS MY PLUSHIE?

i ordered a plush about 3 months ago. they said that i would get my plush by early september. well, look at the date, its DECEMBER, AND I STILL DONT HAVE IT!
i haven't even gotten any emails about it (past order confermation) and they haven't answered any of my questions at all!
SCAM!

Edit: I still aint got my plushie. I got one email saying they sent it to the wrong address, but after that, NOTHING.

Very HQ plush And customer Service!

Very HQ plush And good customer service. :)
I had some complications during the ordering but it all got resolved thanks to their lovely staff!
Their customer service was kind and helpful, asked for opinions and listened to my wishes.
In total I waited around 2 months until the plush arrived at home.
(About 5 days of shipping, other 6 weeks of production and about 2 weeks of choosing the fabric and colours)
My experience was really good. I’ll definitely trust them again.

Gorgeous Plush

I really felt like Child’s Own wanted to work with me to create the best possible plush. I was consulted on fabric colours, and the preferred method to achieve facial features. They listened to my suggested tweaks even on the finished plush, and Vikram especially helped to make it a truly bespoke experience. It’s best to treat production timeline with some flexibility. I think they must be very busy, and I’m not surprised. I have 6 plushies from various companies, but this one is the best. Fantastic likeness, superior materials and blissful to hug.

Amazing detail and craftmanship

The detail and craftmanship of Child's Own amazes me. The plushie we received was perfect. The work was not only detailed, but beautifully done as well. The communication was also great, they asked questions to get the result just right. I am very impressed and highly recommend Child's Own.

I put "10 STARS" to this plush, but...

First, I say about the all people want to know thing,
You worried about the plush quality? Nah, no problem.
In my case, It was literally a masterpiece of artisan.
You will get high commercial level precise stitched plush.
I think it has some durability to be handled by kids.
Just not for decorating, it will be a friend of kids literally!
I put 10 STARS to this works.

But..,So why did I give just only 3 stars? Please give me a chance to explain.

1. They say "within 4~6 weeks", I got after "6 Months."
I almost doubt it is fraud.
When my hope is under the extinguish. Suddenly, they bring me the actual plush pics.
So, I can notice this site is not fraud to burgle money.
But I can say this is not good experience.

2. They shrink my plush as hell!
You know vacuum storage bags? When I got the package, my plush is vacuumed AS HELL.
It is not the same experience as "Big DHL box and a child unwrapping a fluffy plush"
my super-duper vacuumed plush needs 3 days for regain its shape.
(This is not -1star, logical admit to avoid high shipping charges. But, the ADVERTISE experience is not real)

3. Never order "Birthday Certification",
As I said above, the Birthday Certification was also VACUUMED AS HELL.
I got a tangled and crushed piece of paper, which was an ex-"Birthday Certification".

so this 1,2,3 is value of -☆☆☆ star.

4. They shut out all messages from me.
After the job was completed, they may ignore all customer contacts.
I think this is a really really annoying thing.
In this case, I just got crumpled paper
If you have a problem with your plush, you might not be able to fix it.
-☆☆☆ stars are lost. I think this is not brutal minus.

So, 10-3-3= ☆☆☆☆.

In closing, I must say again.
In the name of artisans, the plush is literally masterpiece.
but customer experience flow has moderate question.

Refreshing Business Experience

There were several things that made my experience with Child’s Own so outstanding. The professional and personal contact, communication and follow through was top notch. The execution and attention to detail and clarification during the process was outstanding. Finally, the plushies are high quality, soft, and exactly like the drawings. I must express my heartfelt thank you…

I must express my heartfelt thank you for making my son’s wish come through. I was rather skeptical about the timeline in receiving a selfie plushie from India to Trinidad in time for his birthday but I was made assure that everything will work out and it sure did, way ahead of time. The customer service was excellent, timely and informative feedback and most importantly the end product was worth it.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Keep up the great work. Now it’s just to see the look on my son’s face when he receives his birthday gift on Oct 18th.

2nd timers here…

This was our 2nd time ordering from Child’s Own. It was fun seeing that my son’s creation was “put into life”. He was excited to receive it and was happy with the end product. It took them more than 6 weeks due to Covid related constraints but Beny was kind enough to keep us posted until we got the item.
