Return process very awkward
I have received my order and immediately decided to return the item as the size didn't fit. Be aware that size L might correspond with size S, 10(UK). The return process is complicated, I have requested a return and it's the second day I am waiting for an answer with the details to return the item.

For international orders, especially returns from the UK to the US, the process can unfortunately be more complex and slower due to logistics and customs procedures. That said, we understand how important a smooth return experience is.

Ordered june 20 and got package on june 30 through usps. So it was fast shipping. All of my items were just as advertised. All good fit with accurate size charts and good quality. I also have item specific reviews on the shop platform.

The shipping was extremely slow, and to make things worse, some items were missing from my order. I had to follow up multiple times, which was very frustrating. Definitely not a good shopping experience. Would not recommend.

Reliable Seller for Asian Fashion!
I was a but suspicious at first because there were no reviews that i could find, so i only bought 3 Tops. After 2 weeks they arrived and the quality is great. I have been looking for a site that sells brands like 1 JinnStudio for a good price and i think i finally found one. Will definitely buy again!!!

TERRIBLE, shipping was delayed and when asked about it, said due to warehouse relocating. Also didn’t notify me that one of my items has a minor defect after I placed my order but waited until I asked about the delay in shipping, then they decided to tell me about it and asked if I want to change to a different color. Only pro about them is that they refunded me right away after I demanded for it.
