I have been using for 14 months.so far it's good.easy to access.. not much buffering. Few entertainment channels are slow and buffering ..if you could fix that then it will be excellent.. am happy with chitram tv

Pathetic provider
I had this service for 14 months and it might have worked probably 2 days tops that too with a massive lag , the customer service blamed my broadband I changed broadband supplier everything works on my tv bar this crappy supplier , the customer service is just horrible

USELESS!!!!!!
Don't buy this. Since I bought it a little over 4 months ago, I've watched approximately 10 movies. This useless modem is not working most of the time. The representative was very busy and not willing to listen to our concerns when I called customer service. My internet speed is 125 mbps but this rude man always says that the issue is because of the internet provider. I can watch Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc. without any problems. PLEASE DON'T WASTE MONEY.

Bad provider, I have ever experienced. Poor quality service. Movies will buffer all the time. Tried to contact customer support, but they don’t know how to resolve the issue. Poor customer support. Waste of time. Do not buy this garbage provider.

Poor customer service ever had. Once they received the money they change the tone; they won’t deliver the box on time , no proper answer, very rude, no refund will be provided. Humble advise please don’t go with Chitram TV.

Absolutely it’s a poor box. Does not work half of the time and Movies will not play. Contacted customer service, they say that 24/7, but they never answer the calls. Waste of time. Never ever buy this useless box.
