it is loading loading loading always,not even coming like live tv even router near to it.so started watching it on tv browser itself.wasted money

Was using Chithram TV subscription for past 2 years, Everything was fine till few months back not sure what changes happened in recent time with the distributor or support team. Response was very rude when I report any issues. Wont recommend to anyone . Please be careful as they will not support any technical issues which you will surly encounter after the purchase

It is a good service

Satisfied. Able to watch my regular serials and cricket matches. Seems a bit pricey but was happy to pay with the additional sports section that is available. Unfortunately I am unable to use the same in android phone. Tried customer care support help with no success in it. But able to watch it all in TV.

I purchased the chitram tv on 31/10/2022 (paid £131) and it is for one year subscription and i renewed it after one year by paying £104 for another one year. Today 07/02/24 my set top box is not working and i contacted the number that i purchased it, but that number is not working.

Then i tried to contact them through their website, then i got only the option to Telegram and while i chat with them they told me to give the box where that i purchased and they could not do anything.I told them i purchased it directly from you people. Now they asking for me to pay £55+£10(Delivery) for the new box. Also they were saying that they have no stock now.

I instructed them this is not the way to give the service to the customer. Worst customer service ever in my life.

So, my humble request is not go for buy this. These peoples are fake.

Do not buy anything from ChitramTV bunch of scammers. You will never see your money or the products you paid your hard earned money fore.

We are having Chithiram tv for almost 5 years . We really liked the quality they offer. We enjoy watching all tamil channels also we got to watch all latest tamil movies. I recommend to so many friends to have Chithiram tv.

We are enjoying Chitram TV for 7 years. There are so many channels to choose from and movies in your choice of regional language. Recent addition of 4K movies, though not many yet, is welcome. I would strongly recommend Chitram TV for whole family entertainment and sports.

We have been watching channels on Chitram for about a year now. Wide variety of Indian channels. Takes some time to launch and hangs occasionally but apart from that it is real value for money
