Refuse to give me an address in the US to return
I ordered at Milamode which is a company under CHIV.com and many more.
I published this same review under Milamode company.
I ordered two shirts in August. I received the items from Los Angeles California . Shirts did not fit as they were not described correctly ever. They want for me to return items in China which will cost me more than the two shirts I ordered. No where on their site they talked about China. They are registered in UK, sent the order from US but refuse to send me a label address in the US under the pretend that they do not have US address. They offered me 10% refund, then 20, 25, 35, 40, 45% and now 50%. I filed a complaint to the BBB , to the Attorney General Texas, and to the consumer bureau protection and fair trade, now Paypal. Nothing yet. Filing a complaint if free and take no time. More complaints perhaps more actions will be taken to stop this scam and robbery. It is better to look bad in old clothes than inherit of a bad headache and frustration. I do not know why Paypal supports this company as I am not the only one complaining.
