I can’t recommend Chloe highly enough. After having my second baby, I felt completely unlike myself low in confidence and struggling to find my way back. With her support and guidance, I’ve now lost 11kg and even completed a half marathon, which is something I never thought I’d achieve at that point in my life.
What truly sets Chloe apart is her dedication and genuine care for her clients. She creates such a supportive, welcoming environment, and the group she’s built is an incredible safe space where you can ask anything even the questions you’d normally feel too embarrassed to say out loud.
I’ve been on a few weight loss journeys before and have seen results, but this has been by far the most sustainable and empowering experience. It’s not about restriction or chasing quick wins it’s about understanding yourself, building lasting habits, and creating real change.
This time last year, I felt lost. Now I feel confident, motivated, and inspired. If you’re ready to make changes that truly last, I would recommend Chloe to anyone without hesitation.
An informative & transformational journey
I heard about Chloe from a good friend who has done amazingly with Chloe's support. She has lost 3 stone which has really helped with her fibromyalgia & menopause symptoms. I decided to give it a go and started in July '24. I was struggling with emotional eating /binge eating when stressed / tired / angry/ anxious. I regularly had sugar spikes and feeling out of control with this. Following a full hysterectomy in 2019 it meant I went into full clinical menopause which has been awful and I"ve had little support from GPs. Home life is hectic. I am 56 have 2 dogs, my husband travels extensively for work and my 94 year Mother in law who has lived at home independent until recently has needed considerable support.
Chloe's online coaching really worked for my busy life style instead of a f2f coach. I felt acountable with weekly check-in's; regular informative workshops; advice on suplements; nutrition; health; reading food labels; regular recepies; workouts; access to a community of likeminded ladies on a similar journey. I soon started to take on board Chloe's advice and notice I was no longer getting sugar spikes, craving sweet food or eating emotionally. Its taken a few months to get where I am. I've had a number of holidays/ breaks, family issues, a number of friends with major health issues, redudancy, new job. In the past I might have used these situations as 'excuses' for emotionally eating or not excercising. I've tried my best to listen to Chloe's advice and continue tracking, take protein shakes on holiday, do a homework out if I can't get to the gym, keep steps & fluids up. My weight loss has fluctuated but mainly gone down. My sleep has often been dreadful but again Ive taken advice from Chloe and tried to refocus .
I now certainly feel more in control of my eating habits, more energised and able to make mindful decisions about what I eat. I feel more comfortable in my clothes & myself. Thank you Chloe for showing me I don't have to give in to the "menopause weight gain" and restrictive diets. Its been a truly informative & transformational journey.
I would certainly recommend Chloe to anyone who is keen to learn to take control of their eating habits & well being. I plan to continue using the techniques Chloe has taught me instead of allowing menopause to control me!

I wish I'd started working with Chloe years ago!
For as long as I can remember I always struggled with my weight and felt that had tried everything with no success until last year when started taking a GLP1 medication which found worked for me. However I always knew I only wanted it to be a kick start and didn't want to be on it long term so knew needed extra support. I saw a post on Instagram from Chloe talking about the only coaching that she offers and quickly arranged a call with her. It was very refreshing to hear a fitness professional not stigmatise the fact that was using a GLP1 but she always enforced the fact that it was even more important to focus on the right nutrition and also strength training while on it. As I knew I wanted to stop taking the medication, we worked together to help me reach that point and have continued the work now I have stopped taking it. The support and guidance is something I had not experienced before, with every nutrition and fitness plan tailored to my needs and goals for the future. I love the fact we have a weekly check in to see how I'm getting on and if need to make any changes or to provide some more help. I'm especially grateful to have the support there and to ask questions for things I don't know instead of trying to figure it all out myself.
I would be lying if I said that in the past I wasn't nervous about life after being on GLP1 and if I would put weight back on, however now working with Chloe this is no longer a concern and I am continuing to see progress that I know is now sustainable.
Maintained my GLP-1 weight loss for a year through working with Chloe
I started working with Chloe after losing a significant amount of weight (30kg) on Wygovy. I wanted to understand more about how I could keep the weight off through exercise and nutrition. Chloe was amazing and the experience of working with her has been transformative. Not only have I maintained my target weight for a year, I have totally transformed how I eat, my understanding of diet and exercise and I am living a balanced healthy lifestyle. Chloe has created a wonderful, supportive community of women and I cannot recommend her highly enough for women who are concerned about how to maintain their weight after transitioning off weight loss injections.

I joined Chloe after following Gemma’s inspiring story. Chloe has a truly holistic approach, helping her clients discover and learn new ways to change their relationship with food and exercise. She teaches you how your hormonal cycles can influence both your relationship with food and your strength, which has been incredibly empowering. Chloe has also created a wonderful community where, whether your goal is weight loss, gaining muscle, building strength, or improving flexibility, you never feel like the odd one out.

I responded to a social media advert to Chloe on impulse. For a long time since becoming a Mum I have slowly and gradually lost my fitness, my control of my eating habits and my self esteem was on the floor, always putting my children first. I’ve known I needed to do something for a long time but have never known where or how to start. I didn’t want to use medical help and when I saw Chloe’s ad for health coaching for busy women, I filled in a form and had a conversation with Chloe that night.
She’s sent me easy to follow nutrition plans, workouts that fit in with my lifestyle and is always there if I have a question or feel like I’m having a wobble. She answers promptly in a kind, empathic and positive way. She has your back! And having the weekly accountability of a check in with the plans works! I’ve made small changes that have made big long term benefits. I’m 2 stone down and I have so much more knowledge about nutrition and exercise and have changed habits that I’ve had for decades!
I don’t feel like I’m missing out on social events, restricting my diet or dread the workouts. It just works if you let it.
Investing in myself and my health has been the best thing I’ve done. With Chloe’s support, I feel in control, I am happier, stronger, a better role model for my kids and feel so much more empowered and positive myself.

I began to look for an online coach as I knew I needed some support with building a balanced routine that would be a long term lifestyle change for me and not just a quick fix. I started with Chloe six months ago and it has been a great experience so far and one I will be continuing. I feel so much more confident in my clothes and making mindful choices with food.
Chloe reinforces how important it is to have balance in your life, it’s still possible to enjoy food and social events without needing to punish yourself. A health coach who gets it, can't recommend enough!!!
I came to Chloeinspires because I wanted to lose weight but felt lost and needed some direction and guidance. I didn’t feel myself anymore and wanted to get back to the gym, but didn’t know where to start, I was a feeling overhwhelmed. I knew I needed support and accountability!
When I reached out to Chloeinspires I had an intro call with Chloe, she listened to what I was looking for, talked through the support she could offer through her coaching, and different options available to fit within my budget as well which was great! She wanted to tailor the coaching to me and make it work so I could access the support I needed, this was different from others and what I really liked and made me choose Chloeinspires.
The journey with Chloe so far has been so much more than just losing weight, counting calories and moving more, it's been about learning to find the balance. To enjoy living but also embracing and focusing on my health and wellbeing. I know my worth now and it's made me more confident in my self-worth, in my relationships both in my personal life, at work and most importantly to myself.
Access to the group chat I didn’t think would be that helpful but it really has been a great support, sharing our successes, stresses and coping mechanisms. What we’re getting up to and lovely photos adds to the journey we are on together, for many different reasons, but we support each other through it! And the masterclasses Chloe does are really helpful and motivating too, the range of topics and information provided through them is an added advantage to the coaching.
If you’re thinking of joining or considering a coach I cannot recommend it enough as it’s really changed things for me, made me aware of what I can do, and that you don’t have to be perfect to make changes and improve your life in so many ways.
I feel I'm still at the start of my journey, but I know I'll keep going as I have such a fantastic support through Chloe and the amazing group of women who she coaches! I decided to take on a coach as I was really struggling with my accountability, and this has been the perfect decision for me after yo-yoing with my diet and weight for years. I personally chose Chloe inspires coaching because there was a focus on good nutrition and balanced view to food and lifestyle, but what really surprised me was just how simple and accessible the food choices were. There is no long list of ingredients you’ve never heard of like you see with other approaches, just good food and I’ve found some great recipes I will keep your life! The online community they’ve created is an added bonus and I really am enjoying my experience.
Most importantly, my coach Ingrid has been incredibly supportive and has truly gone above and beyond. Ingrid is always there whenever I need a chat and is also massively supporting my health and wellbeing. So thank you!

I was a serial half hearted dieter and gym girl for YEARS. I felt guilty going off track or missing a session. I found Chloe & Ingrid and immmediately loved that their ethos was all about being realistic and creating sustainable habits, habits that are important to me. Since joining, I’ve been coached by the gorgeous Ingrid and guided by Chloe too. I am blown away all the time by the level of support and understanding of real life hiccups and things that get in the way- regardless they are there to encourage me. If you are even just considering joining their team, I encourage you to bite the bullet and try it. I’ve had many other coaches, but none with this level of genuine support and understanding. There’s a package for everyone, regardless of the level of input you want from professionals. The group of love you’re welcomed into is second to none. I’m eternally grateful for the both of them - it’s worth every penny. Thats something I’ve never been able to say before.
Highly recommend
I have always struggled with my weight and have yo-yo dieted so many times with it getting harder and harder to lose weight each time. Because of this I was not in a happy place and just getting frustrated with myself but someone recommended Chloe Inspires to me that have loved working with them so I thought why not try and I honestly have loved the experience.
It's not just about calorie counting but about what you put in your body, only eating things that will help fuel my body instead of just eating for the sake of eating. I also have a workout plan which I enjoy and they tailor everything to you.
They are always accessable and you can ask questions whenever or if you need motivation they're there for you. They're always so positive as well and make me feel comfortable.
I also struggle with keeping myself accountable so having weekly check-ins is incredibly useful for me.
I've only been on this journey for 4 months but already people have complemented me saying I look like I've lost weight and look happier and healthier.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a health coach!!!
Loosing weight with PCSO is acchivable!

its not about loosing weight! chloe understands
I came to Chloe to help with my weight loss journey and to actually loose physical weight but it turned out that wasn't what I actually needed. I knew how to loose weight and how to track, yet I had fallen into loopholes all my teenage and young adult years. My mindset was completely unhealthy, I struggled lots with my body and self-image and couldn't focus on being myself or being happy at all. I started life-coaching sessions with Chloe and yes it was super hard and a journey, but I opened up and felt safe and understood with her. Chloe is very open, relatable and kind. She helped me reverse my thoughts and heal my past, which I'm super grateful for. The mental health journey has given me so much and I would recommend Chloe highly. I also know she's always there and it felt like talking to a friend 💖

Reverse Dieting with Chloe
I joined Chloe & her coaching programme 5 months ago when I was struggling with my weight and not seeing the scales change at all. I was feeling really stuck and lost in my fitness journey as I was consuming 1600 calories alongside training in the gym consistently - yet I was stuck at a plateau and seeing no results! I was researching ways to find support and guidance and I came across Chloe through her social media platforms. She immediately stuck out to me because of her views on sustainable weight loss, including reverse dieting and how sometimes it’s necessary to eat MORE in order to lose body fat and achieve body recomposition. I had a feeling I wasn’t fuelling my body correctly and needed to eat more, but I had no idea where to start. Since working with Chloe, I’m now up to eating 1950 calories a day and I’ve lost 4kg whilst eating MORE! Chloe has taught me how to fuel my body correctly, and I’m now feeling stronger and healthier than before. The education she has taught me throughout this journey has been invaluable and she is always there to help with any questions or queries. I completely put my trust in her to guide me through upping my calories (which is a scary process!) and I’m so glad I did, because I’m now the healthiest and strongest I’ve ever been. As a result of eating more and eating food to nourish and fuel my body, my relationship with food has been healed and I no longer struggle with restricting and binging. Since working with Chloe and reverse dieting, my strength has rocketed and I’m now hitting PB’s weekly in the gym - and I’m also able to do pull ups which has always been a huge goal of mine! I would 100% recommend Chloe to anyone who’s looking to make healthy and sustainable changes. Her approach and outlook to fitness and nutrition is so refreshing. You can loose that menopause weight
I started my journey with Chloe in November 2024 after reading an article in a magazine about how she had helped a lady loose weight during menopause and having fibromyalgia.
I was in the same situation and looked like a barrel on legs!! We had a call the following day and I signed up on the spot.
Chloe had all the answers I was looking for…diet plans, supplements, exercise and mindset coaching.
I was a little worried that there would be too much online stuff and not enough one on one. In my opinion Chloe offers a great combination of it all via a really easy to use app, what’s app group, recordings, general information to read and personal check ins. So however you learn, there’s something for everyone. I never felt overwhelmed, which is something I struggle with.
One of the big difference with Chloe is the mindset stuff…without you realising she gets you to see food in a different way and changes your whole mindset and attitude towards eating and food.
In 7 months I’ve lost 17kg or 2stone 9lb. My body and joints feel soo much better. I do a little bit of exercise most days and have really enjoyed this whole process.
I have not felt this good for a very long time and it has spurred me on to try other new things in my life.
My advice is to go for it!… if you’re ready to change then Chloe is such an inspiration! Invest and believe in yourself and you can do anything.
Chloe is amazing and I will be forever grateful for all the help and advice she has given me on my journey. Thank you 🙏 💗

I had high hopes signing up with Chloe Inspires for help with weight loss, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. After enquiring from her add and reaching out several times, I received little to no response.
Communication is key with any coaching or support program, and being ignored left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience and her clients use ChatGPT to write their reviews which is so shady there are more responsive and professional options out there.

Empowered, inspired and strong - thanks to coaching with Chloe
I've been following Chloe for a few years and have seen the incredible transformations she has helped other women achieve. So when my body fat crept up post menopause and I couldn't shift it, I reached out to Chloe. Like many women in their late 50's, I believed real change wasn't possible without a restrictive diet and intense workouts. But Chloe proved that transformation comes from consistency, not deprivation and yes you can still enjoy the foods you love.
Before working with Chloe, I felt stuck, frustrated, bloated and unmotivated. I wanted to feel strong again and enjoy life. I looked at other online fitness programmes but what made Chloe’s coaching stand out was her weekly check-ins (giving vital accountability) and the supportive community of women she coaches.
Chloe created a personalized plan tailored to my body and lifestyle, focusing on nutrition, movement, hydration, sleep and strength training. I knew I needed to add strength training into my workouts but couldn’t find the motivation or confidence to start. Chloe changed that, her app made it easy with customized workouts, clear instructions and video demos. Having this made it easy to follow and stay consistent. I could see my progression each week—lifting heavier weights, increasing reps—and Chloe celebrated every new pb. She adjusted my plan as I got stronger, keeping me challenged and motivated.
What surprised me most was that Chloe's nutrition advice isn't about dieting. She calculated the amount of calories and macro nutrients I needed with recipe suggestions but I could still eat the things I loved which made it easy to follow.
We set meaningful goals, acknowledged real progress, celebrating my small wins (not just the numbers on the scales) and focused on gratitude. She held me accountable, answered my many questions, and helped me stay consistent without ever feeling deprived or overwhelmed.
Chloe’s coaching integrates mindset with practical strategies. It’s not just about what you eat or how you move—it’s about how you think. Nothing is seen as a failure, goals can be achieved with small realistic, empowering habits that actually work, especially for women facing hormonal changes. In just over 2 months I've lost my "muffin top" and built noticeable muscle. I feel strong, energized, and truly in control of my health.
