Hard or soft, that is the question ?
I have ordered the Zouts before and are advertised as Hard liqourice but my 2nd order were very soft and not what I expected.
I would have returned them but not worth the hassle.
Still tasty but much prefer the hard version. Might be worth stating this on the product description .

Product I ordered was great. It did not show up the first time due to the courier sending it back for some reason. When I emailed their support, they were prompt, refunded my initial delivery fees and sent out the product again right away!

I placed an order and followed up with a phone query. The query was dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Delivery was fast and prices are good. Delivery charges for small orders are high but overall a really nice company to deal with.

They dispatch goods in good time
