I bought it twice and both times they sent me the wrong size, it took maybe 3 weeks and I still don't have my item
It's probably one of the worst services I've ever used

I ordered a jacket , it took 4 working days to arrive, they do say 3 to 5 working days standerd delivery,on other sites its usally 1 to 3 days , but appart from that, delivery was by dpd ,package was well wraped, i recieved the official coat hanger for coat ,was happy over all, but take one star off for delivery times.

Terrible customer service can’t be bothered to reply to customers!! My package i received was broken really badly packed in box. Do not use this site

Was sold a gift voucher without being advised that it can only be used in store (NOT online - odd in 21st century).

The store offer in Bluewater and Lakeside is very poor - just a few items and all mostly from BOSS. The gift vouchers are useless to us unless we can shop online.

The Customer Services bluntly refused to refund the gift cards as (their words): *the majority of goods online* which is a clear lie.

Avoid like a plague. Will be filing a complaint with Trading Standards.

Stay away. Time wasters. Refunded 2 days after ordering with no explanation. Don't waste your time

I bought a Anti Social Social Club hoodie and it’s arrived on time. This is the only good thing about Choice Store.

The hoodie is a low-quality fake.

I suggest you go to the shop and buy what you see.

I would never recommend you using their online service.

Awful service ordered a pair of veja recefe shoes the shoes have had very little wear, they have started to come away from the sole and toe of shoe, sent shoes back they won't give a refund only offered a credit note this is a goodwill gesture?? As the shoes don't have a manufacturing fault...absolute joke.

Got a great Marc Jacobs bag on here for half price, received in 3 days and packed up perfectly. Thank you

My item was received with in 3 days of buying it
i bought a very expencive jumper and all the service i got was fantastic . it arrived with in 3 days of ordering the packing was spot on . and in full the service i received was 10/10 can not say more apart from as a sugestion if the was just a email or text to say we have dispatched your order would be cool as we can be very busy and it would be nice to get a day of expected delivery / But thank you for the service i will be buying again from here

Ordered a stella mccartney wallet. Box was filthy and no dust bag provided.

poor customer service and refused my return!

My item arrived while I was travelling. When I got back they did not fit, and there was no returns information.

I emailed customer service who refused to accommodate me and be flexible on the 14 day returns period which I was not made aware of.

I have had friends tell me similar and really disappointed and shocked at the lack of assistance or willing to help.

Will never order from this company again.

I ordered and paid for an item was told it would be delivered on a certain date and the day before was told it had been cancelled even though I paid for the item absolutely shocking service

Bought a Hoodie, which was a bargain, no other store had the prices these guys did, was a little weary at first to find out they have a physical branch in London. Purchased it, said 3-5 days before dispatch, day 5 I get a notification saying it'll be here tomorrow, and just like that arrived. Only thing is the bag came kinda ripped, so I'm unsure how authentic this is, but I'm hoping everything is fine and its legit.

Purchased an item from the company online, 3 days later recieved an email stating I would be refunded for the item. There was no communication from the company to explain why my item was refunded without being sent. This is very poor customer service as I really needed the item for a wedding I was attending. Very unreliable company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service.
The customer service was exceptional. My item had a mark on it. I contacted customer service, I was then advised how to return and I was also told that the delivery charge will be refunded when the item would be received at the warehouse. My item was received back at the warehouse within two days and the delivery charge was refunded along with the item in full. Many thanks!

Placed a order for a belstaff jacket realized I already had one similar to it . Canceled my order money was put straight back into my account the same day .

Ordered a pair of trainers but unknown to me, turned out my wife had already bought them for me for Father’s Day.

So before returning, I couldn’t help but notice the bad reviews for returns so was a little nervous.

However, I used the Parcel Drop off service as directed on the site, watched my parcel makes its way back to the store, got an email last night to confirming my parcel had been delivered and just received an email confirming my refund has been processed.

Fantastic.

SCAM.SCAM 🤬🤬 Please avoid. Never received my order. Haven't replied to my emails and site has gone now STAY CLEAR 🤬🤬
