Ordered white Ralph Lauren sweatshirt online from Choice, received no confirmation email at all, had to chase up multiple times, and received several different replies from what I assume to be automated emails: both apologetic, stating that it would be dispatched as soon as possible. Only when I followed up with a message on Facebook, I was told my order had been cancelled, thankfully a quick refund was given. If I hadn't chased the order, would they have just kept my money??? Wont be ordering from here again.

Bought a stone island jacket and it is genuine.

Didn't notify me of any delivery or dispatch as they said they would so was a but concerned but arrived on the fifth day which is all that really counts.

First time I’ve ordered from this lot and there definitely won’t be a second. Website states delivery within 3-5 days. Item was only dispatched 5 days after ordering. No communication and had to chase up.Customer service is awful. They really don’t care about their customers. Website states free shipping and returns but when you read the small print this only applies to orders over £300. I really wasn't confident I was actually going to receive my item at all. Don’t bother with this lot, there’s much better online retailers out there.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and something has gone wrong. First time I ordered a shirt that arrived in white marks this time I ordered belt and jeans and instead received some vile kenzo mans t shirt. My items are out of stock so I can’t even re order and I’ll have to take time out of my day to send this monstrosity back.

Update : spoke to Vanessa extremely helpful and sorted it. I was annoyed but as soon as I spoke to someone human rather than an automated email I was fine! These things happen and she has great customer service! Totally excellent .

For those thinking that choice is not legit, let me assure that it is as I shop there a lot but their website is indeed down at the moment. Payment will be taken from your account without the order literally going through, but it will be refunded back to your account after some hours or a day depending on your bank. I thought I share this with you😉😉😉

I hope the web goes back and running normally asap as I can't wait to get hold of some of the goodies on there...

AVOID!! Don’t order from these took out money form our account haven’t provided us with any confirmation or order number, there so hard to get through to just a complete joke!

First of all, their website is diabolical! I then wanted to purchase a number of items but couldn't get through the login process as it wouldn't allow me to change my password?! Also, your email address can't be longer than 30 characters, which is the 1st time ever I've heard of a restriction on email address?!
I emailed them to ask them to reset my account, but didn't receive a response?!
Have bought elsewhere which was a smooth process compared these amateurs!

I have recently placed a few (3) orders with Choice for designer brand coats from Parajumpers. Delivery is fast with DPD so no waiting in all day as you get one hour time slot notification. Returning for exchange was easy, they even reserved the size that I wanted to exchange my items for to make sure they were in stock as they were sale items selling fast. Very friendly on the telephone and in all emails. I cannot say one negative thing about my experience, it was my first time shopping with them and I received 5 star service. Very impressed,I will be back.
Don’t hesitate in ordering if you’re in doubt, I cannot understand the negative feedback here.

Awful customer service. A relative bought me a clutch bag for me for Christmas (bought on 17th december) and was obviously given to me on 25th. I decided I wanted to exchange the bag for something else on their website but due to my partner having covid 19, I had to isolate and was unable to return the bag to them until after 4th January which apparently was the last day they would accept a return. Emailed them explaining the situation expecting them to make an exception considering the circumstances yet they point blank refused. Absolutely ridiculous returns policy hardly giving me any time to return with the Christmas closures even if I didnt have to self isolate. AVOID!!

Got a tracking number which said my parcel has been delivered in Germany ? When my delivery address is in uk. This seems to be a scam be warned.

Ordered Mallets and 2xCK Dungarees way in advance of Christmas and got my order on time and IN TIME for Christmas.

That being said... slightly worrying about some of the other reviews - was mine just a fluke? I hope not!

Very disappointed with them. I bought a pair of trainers for my husband as a gift for Christmas and luckily I asked him to try them on to find out that there are very big. I have payed 11£ on the special delivery to send them back, they not allowed store return. I got my refund today with 4.95£ less.I payedfor them 148£ and not even return for free.. So I'm out of pochet with 15£ and not trainers. I WILL NEVER GONE ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN 😡

HIDEOUS customer service, dont reply to you for days, weeks and when they do its super unhelpful. As mentioned below dont waste your time shop elsewhere. To have to pay return postage on designer items costing a lot is a joke, cheaper high street websites done even do this.

Price advertised incorrectly. Realised after purchase. Assumed they would reimburse the money but they advised there was a technical error on their website so not their fault?? Do not order. Avoid at all costs. Will not be ordering from them again.

I never write reviews for places but I felt like choice store needed one, after seeing sooo many negative reviews on here, I was skeptical, however it came earlier than suggested, item is perfect exactly how I wanted it and packaging was fine and clean, I have no idea why this shop gets so much stick, I will 10000% purchase from here again, 10/10, better than popular retailers I’ve used.

Going to avoid in the future.

Saw a few negative reviews before buying and was sceptical but had great experience bought trainers and they got delivered quicker than I expected! Would buy again from Choice

I ordered a Stella McCartney Clutch bag from the website and my order came on time..the package felt a bit light in weight but didn't think much of it until I opened it. They had put the box for the clutch bag in the parcel but NO ACTUAL CLUTCH BAG. The box was EMPTY. I immediately emailed customer service to explain the situation to which they accused me of lying. They apparently 'checked cctv' and double checked with DPD and said they could confirm it hasn't been tampered with. They suggested I claim the money back through my bank - what a get out!!
This issue is on going as they are so slow at replying to emails but I'm £150+ out of pocket.
Absolutely appalled at the service. Do not trust them - avoid at all costs. All their brands are sold via multiple retailers so shop with them and save yourself the stress!!!!!!!
