Beware!! I ordered a super king linen fitted sheet it’s cost nearly £50 and was real treat, however it didn’t fit properly and kept slipping off on one corner everytime we slept on it given its price I contacted Christys explained the issue - they asked for pics and explanation& to return the item so they could investigate. Fair enough I requested a refund while they did this , they refused saying only once they had completed their thorough investigation would they look to resolve the issue. This took 6 weeks in total, I had to buy another sheet obviously, then get a message saying they had conducted detailed quality assurance tests and the item was perfect’… confused I requested a refund anyway - they then refused as the sheet had been used! I explained that they asked to test it as it was - if I had washed out they could have said thats what caused the issue. They had no intention of refunding the item - they basically called me a liar, even with pictures of the issue. Utterly shocked at the customer service , this company used to be so good - the last person to message was called Twinkle, pretty sure it’s AI generated responses - will never use them again, avoid at all .

Very good quality and so soft

Very pleased with my new dressing gown , replacing a Christy one I’d had for many years. The material is lovely and soft and the size L/ExL just right . Had my name on too in a nice bright yellowy gold. Made it very special. Good to see Christy are still producing excellent, quality products.

The quality of the duvet cover is cheap. Also, the fitted king size sheet doesn't fit a king size mattress.
This brand was my favourite, but its not anymore. I dont recommend it.

Pillowcase bag quality and colour and after 2 weeks get refund less money! Dissapointed..first and last time order here!!!

Very happy with product and with customer services when sorting out a problem regarding email but not entirely happy regarding no notice of delivery.

Order set of large bath sheet, due to another very well known so called luxury company with a W in its name being a total mess.. Buying from Christy Was the total oposite easy to order, excellent comms re order status and fast delivery and the towels are really good quality 750gsm, wish I'd come to Christy first .. do not hesitate Christy is an excellent company and values its customers and their customers experience .. please Christy keep it up you will be in business for a long time if you do .. thanks

The quality of the goods is excellent, however my original parcel didn't arrive. Christy's handled the issue very efficiently and were very helpful about everything. I suggest that they use a different delivery company.
