I contacted Chubb around 9.00 am to have alarm contacts removed from our garage doors. This was to enable new garage electric doors to be installed. Experienced ngineers who really cared
Neil Wiseman and Matt were extremely helpful, friendly and easy to have in the house. They were very patient in introducing me to the working of the new alarm. Matt came to repair a fault on an old sensor and went out of his way to repair and check everything even going into the roof space to check the wiring after mice habitation and reassure me.
Tara and a lady in accounts also were a great help.
