Giving this a Two rating. i ordered two different games on one order. I got the first one delivered. Second one never came, and long story short, it was delivered to the wrong address. I've contacted their customer service multiple times asking for help and was told I had to contact the shipping company which I did, and after a short investigation, they closed the investigation and referred me back to this company. After trying to contact few times, I continued to be ghosted. so I never got the product that was delivered to the wrong address. If you used a CC, contact your CC or your bank to dispute the charges.

I have been emailing their “support” team for over a month and I still have not received my package. They will not issue a refund due to it being a “customer issue”, when in reality the issue lies in their own company and the shipping provider they chose. I have not received any help from CG nor the shipping provider, who allegedly “attempted delivery” at 11:59PM… even though I was home all day and night. Don’t give them your money.

I pre orders cards against fourth wing and had to email them to inquire when I will be receiving my game. And when it did get sent to me it was delivered to the wrong apartment. I provided photos from the tracking and what my front door looks like (obviously different) and chuckle games never responded, happy to waste 45$

I ordered a set of Fourth Wing cards back in October for my husband as a Christmas Gift. The order still says “processing” every time I go to the website, with no details for tracking available. Cost me 45 dollars too, but there’s no cancellation policy after 24 hours.

If you are like me and not sure if the ads and reviews are real, you do some research. I saw the Potter Kids edition game and knew my daughter would love it. I was very on the fence to order or not but I am glad I did, we got the game very quickly with no problems. Will definitely order from them in the future again.

Product was advertised accurately, payment process was smooth and simple, and the product arrived in a timely manner. The only downside was the packaging used for shipping. I understand the need to keep costs down for shipping, but putting it in a thin bag instead of a small box can lead to damage to the product during shipping. The corners on my box were only slightly crushed, but it could have been much worse, especially with the way packages are handled nowadays.

My game arrived so quickly the shipping notification came after the game was here and already being loved! More than that, it is a constant source of giggles in my house. My little Harry Potter fans absolutely adore it.
