Very quick delivery. Donation to Greyhound charity and my dogs love it.

Good delivery at a competitive price and very pleased that it's specifically designed for the breed. Our dog certainly seems to enjoy it.

Original order was not delivered in spite of delivery instructions which would have enabled this. Second delivery was not satisfactory: driver appeared to be concerned by the weight of the package and but for my presence, I believe he would have not delivered it.

Very easy to order. Good value and suits our greyhound as a base for her meals, to which we add tinned (or occasionally fresh) meat and fresh vegetables. She is thriving.

I've been buying Chudleys Classic for my dogs for decades. I wouldn't use any other brand.

I was charged over £7 for shipping on my bag of Chudleys dog food which cost £28. The website stated that purchases over £25 would have free shipping. I emailed Chudleys to ask for my £7 to be refunded. As yet I have received no response and no refund. All I can say is that clearly what they state on their website is actually a lie

Had to phone to see where ordering was. Good product and fast delivery after that. But for some reason the ordered hadn't been picked.

Arrival the as always quick the delivery from a outsourced person by DPD was abysmal partly due to the cardboard boxes that contained 2x bags which had almost fallen apart and the driver just literally dumping them on the ground in a pile outside the porch door in the rain.
That said the food was fine and also to say the DPD drivers that usually deliver are all fantastic.
I spoke to the food company and the lady was lovely and contacted DPD and they replied saying they would deal with the matter in-house.

I absolutely know that when I order this greyhound food it will arrive in good time, thank you.

I thought I had sent you a recent review! Whilst I rate your service and product highly I am not impressed with your packaging. The cardboard box is always damaged and difficult to manoeuvre especially if left outside by the carrier which it was in the recent delivery. I had difficulty getting it in the house and found that one if the bags was split and ended up with food over the floor. For someone with balance/mobility issues this was not good! Back in the day when I first ordered Pet Greyhound the bags were delivered in heavy duty blue plastic sacks which were easier to handle and better if left outside in the rain. I have made this comment a couple of times in the past.

Fast delivery and good price. Will definitely use again soon. Our springador loves Chudleys 🙂
