Box of Chudleys Pet Greyhound Meal (Chicken) delivered with large hole in box and also in bag inside the box with part of contents lost and more spilling out.
I have eMailed to complain twice, attaching photos, but all I have had in response is automated eMails saying:
"Hello,

I have been feeding my hound Pet Greyhound for more than five years and I wouldn’t give them anything else.
Excellent price and quality and it includes a donation of £1 to help the Greyhound Trusts! I’ve always given them the Chicken variety but now they are enjoying the Fish one every bit as much… Highly Recommended

This has really helped my labradors…
This has really helped my labradors sensitive stomach. I have been trying lots of foods for him and so far this had worked a treat. Customer service has been great with me as I had to contact for nutritional advice and received a response within 2 hours which was amazing! Thank you

Good Dog Food- Good Company
Good dog food which has kept my dogs healthy and happy for years. Great company, with a good range of products, user friendly website and they usually deliver promptly.
The only reason I have dropped a star is it can become a little pricey if you stray from the Classic food to the specialist foods.
