I order a print that I wanted to be framed. I selected the framed option and the picture showed my FRAMED print. Upon receiving/opening my print I notified the company it was not framed. I had to send several emails/chats over the course of several weeks, attempting to get resolution from Ciaocustom. I asked if I could return it and get it framed, or be refunded and then order another one with them ensuring it was framed. They took almost another two weeks to only offer me the ability to but another one at a discount. I did not need two! I only wanted them to send me ONE that was framed. These prints are NOT high quality as adervertised and their company policy and customer service is terrible. I am sure if their products were not faith based, they would have very few orders. Do yourself a favor and look for another source for faith and inspirational artwork!!

I think they are a scam. The product says is a “canvas” art. It is really just a photo they you would print at Walgreens . They changed $30 ! Customer service pretty much doesn’t exist!

Received the wrong produce. No phone number available. contacted through customer service email address. I attached a picture of the product and a copy of the confirmed order. Contacted three times via email and have not received any reply.

Well I paid for a pair of bangles custom made shoes for my husband. The shoes look nothing like they advertised on their website. They're really poor quality the toe you can see glue all over .my husband's name was smaller and different lettering then the sample picture showed..I paid for expedited shipping 26$ it still took almost a month to get the shoes. Best way to describe this is like you know how fast foods menus look perfect and so good but then you get the food and it's not what you expected by the advertising.... Save yourself time and money don't use this company.

They don't even deserve one star!!! I ordered a purse back in December, and it is now falling apart. You would think a purse would last longer than a few months. The picture is peeling off and the handles are coming off at the seams! I can't get them to respond to my emails. Their merchandise is apparently CHEAP...CHEAP...CHEAP!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!

This company refused to take my return when the item I ordered was not as I expected it to be. I was not happy with the purchase and wanted to return it. They simply said no.
Bad business.

I ordered a tapestry that did not look like a tapestry as well . I wrote to them and they gave me a hard time back and forth not to refund the item . I will file a claim with BBB. Do not use this company

I order a canvas picture from the site. It had on faqs up to 8 business days for delivery. After ordering I found out it was going to take 2 months because it was from China. Nowhere on the site was I told that. I immediately canceled. No response from them. Sent a second email. Still no response. This company is deceitful.

Update:
Funny how all the sudden I got the canvas picture after I complained of how long it was going to take to get it and tried to cancel my order. I still tried to cancel because I then learned they were using copyright material without permission. Now that I have it I have no way to return it. They never did answer my many emails. Do NOT do business with this company.

Excellent products and customer support! I was hesitant to order from an online seller, but I’m very satisfied with the shirt I purchased and I am so impressed with the customer support I received in addressing a discrepancy. I would highly recommend this company.

This company is amazing. I absolutely love their things. But what I love the most is their fantastic customer service…very responsive.

After waiting for phone case I received a cheap case made differently than the one I ordered. Different material plus sides on case don’t match photos on website.

No return Policy allows them to basically not care what they send you. Ordered 2 T Shirts, color didn't match what they had posted on website. Their excuse was color looks different in lighting and other factors. Learned a lesson to only buy from vendors like Amazon who are truly interested in their customers satisfaction.

I ordered 2 tapestries. One was fine but the other was horrible! Jesus didn’t even have a face! It was totally unacceptable! I’ve tried working with them for weeks but they keep putting me off until finally they said they couldn’t get it to me in time! (I’ve literally sent 10+ messages) Such a huge disappointment! Don’t count on them! This was for a very important event that I worked very hard on and now I don’t have the most important part of it.

I received my order and it was absolutely beautiful!!!!!! Also great timing. Definitely would order again!!!!

We are an art publisher representing over 60 artists. This website uses artists' images without permission. We have contacted them multiple times but they don't respond and have not complied with our cease and desist letters to remove images that they DO NOT have permission to use or print.

I represent Altus Fine Art a credited art publisher. We have been in business over 20 years and represent over 60 artists and their work. Ciaocustom.com has stollen over 200 of our images from 30 different artists that we represent as well as many images from artists that we don't represent. They are selling and printing work illegally without permission or even giving the artist credit for their work.

This business has been contacted multiple times about the stollen images with no reply. Please help us make things right for our artists and do not purchase from them.

The experience was good in regards to the quality, texture and size of the tote. Receiving the tote was worth the wait, but I wish the communication process was better and the length of time receiving the item was better. If it was not for the latter concerns, the rating would have been a 5.

They have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Our order started out to be mistaken and they did everything to make it right and they were happy to help throughout the whole shopping experience we had with them. By far they have the best customer service!
