Went to view the car and liked it so agreed to the sale but didn’t realise I couldn’t take it away there and then so agreed to collect at a later date, emailed the sales assistant when I got home that day and asked if I could move the collection date forward and was told no problem it’s all booked in and will be ready only when I got there to collect the date hadn’t been changed and I had wasted 2 hours and fuel luckily Ian was there and arranged to the car to be dispatched the next morning and had it delivered that afternoon to save me going back there so all was not lost the car is as described and I’m happy that they managed to sort everything out for me

Who knew that buying a car could be so easy?? The car was as expected following the photos and description, the information and ease of getting the paper work in place was seamless, and the handover quick and easy. Thank you Cinch!

Great service cant complain, would use them again

My wife called Cinch to ask about an MG4 at the Derby EV centre, she booked an appointment to go and see the vehicle. A confirmation email was sent with the following words included “Your car is ready and waiting. We've secured it just for you so no one else can snap it up.
And while you're counting down the days, get to know your MG MG4 with a full 360° virtual tour.”
Half an hour before leaving home for the viewing my wife was left a voicemail to say vehicle had now been sold.
That’s how you build trust with your potential customers.

Most of my experience buying the car was good: the people I spoke to about the car before I bought it; the person I met and spoke to when I collected the car; the car itself is good. My only reservations were the cost of transferring the car from Derby to Brighouse and the cost of the car - the dealer premium. I've been looking for a car for 22 months and you have to 'bite the bullet' sometime.

Great priced car in really good condition. Really straight forward process including delivery and part exchange. Would recommend to others.

I'm happy with my new 20 plate Renault Kadjar. Is easy process to buy and part exchange. You need to understand that cinch want to make some money so expect to get less for your old car but at the end of the day my new car came with full service history and in good working condition so ready to drive. Car was ready to collect on the day agreed and it was nice and clean so I have nothing to complaint about. I done two weeks driving and so far so good. Car is driving fine. Hope it will serve my family next couple of years and I will probably look again to buy from Cinch.

Had a great experience with Cinch highly recommend them. I had researched the car I wanted so knew exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. The car was in great condition and took it to Volvo for a health check and came back with no problems. Customer service was really good when I had any queries will recommend them to friends.

Excellent experience at Cinch Derby

We recently bought our first EV from Cinch Derby and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

George Mitchell was brilliant. His no-pressure approach made the whole process really easy and relaxed, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout. The fact that they were able to get the car prepared and ready for us the same day was also fantastic.

Ian Neal was equally excellent. He was the first person to greet us when we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. He even stayed after his shift had finished to complete the handover, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know to get us on the road with our first EV.

Both George and Ian were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They made what could have been a daunting experience switching to an electric car feel straightforward and enjoyable.

A big thank you to both of them — they are a real credit to Cinch Derby. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first time buying a car on the internet without viewing.

The first car I saw on Cinch Derby, a was a similar spec and year and £2k cheaper than my purchased car.. bargain .. and the ladies at Cinch Derby, Sophie & Paige were upfront about the previous car having chips etc etc

The car I bought came up on my search .. Fiat 500e Cabrio .. it was £2k more .. Sophie checked the car, low mileage, perfect paintwork and interior perfect, so I bought it.

And it is perfect. Jay, who delivered it from Bristol was 10/10 too.

I have 14 days to decide whether to keep it but I told Jay straight away I was keeping it. It looks brand new

And .. there is a conversation that cars are more expensive in Cornwall but the Derby price was the same price for me.. just the addition of delivery

I also added extra paintwork protection & interior plus car scratch & dent plus extended warranty for the car.
