I had several reels of cine films from my holdays abroad from 1973 to 1980.
The projector I used during that time no longer worked, so I had cine films that I could no longer watch.
I did a search on the internet and came across Cine Magic.
I looked at their website and liked what I saw so contacted Colin and explained what I required.
He explained what would happen so I packed the reels and sent them off to Ipswich. You can follow the whole process on their website.
When they were returned the DVD had them all on, with a menu for each holiday. I put the DVD into the DVD player and was amazed at the quality, I can now watch them all when I want on the TV.
If you have any cine films and want them converting - GET IN TOUCH WITH CINE MAGIC. You will NOT be disappointed.

Fantastic service combined with excellent quality products! Highly recommended.

Cine Magic transferred an old cine 8mm film of my parents' wedding (50 years ado) to dvd and computer files. An excellent result, thank you.

The team at Cine-Magic have offered and delivered a personal service and worked hard to deliver value for money and an excellent set of memories.

Thank you

Thankyou for putting my old 8mm films onto DVD. It has brought the memories flooding back... but who is that little lad with lots of hair in the holiday movie with my parents and my aunt? Oh, hang on... Did I really used to look like that? (How times change!)

A wonderful service from start to finish. Brings back some many happy times.
We are having a takeaway when all the family are together, so the grandchildren can see their mums, aunties and uncle when they were little.

Found this service online and nervously sent off my to me, priceless film of my long since passed brother. Cinemagics accepted cheques so payment was no problem. Cinemagic kept me informed by email at every stage of the process, from letting me know that my film had arrived safely to it being processed, finished and finally posted back. My film arrived in the same careful packing that I had sent it to them in, also of course my DVD with the contents of my film faithfully reproduced.
It was amazing to see my Big Brother 'in life' again after all the years. Thanks Cinemagic, I know the rest of my family will be as thrilled to see this film as I am.

Super fast service - I was kept informed throughout the whole process and I don't know how, but somehow they even managed to put the 4 reels I sent them in the right date order (must be magic) - the music that they added was also super - something precious to keep forever - thanks Cine Magic.

Very good customer service

I am very happy with the transcription from a very old cine film to DVD. The music is appropriate and I am enjoying remembering my happy childhood days. The service from Cine magic was excellent, and I would recommend them to all my friends.

A very easy service to use. I was always kept fully aware of the progress of the order. The results were much better than I could have imagined.

Great service professionally carried out with very helpful assistance from staff. Would highly recommend.

We are extremely satisfied with our dealings with Cine Magic from start to finish. As the films are over 40 years old and we were not sure of their condition we were delighted with the results. We would definitely recommend Cine Magic to our friends.

They did everything they said they would - the sound track was well matched and the disc looks great & plays easily

Was recommended to me,I was overall very pleased with service from start to finish, they kept me update with my order,I would recommend them.I had this done for my father who is very ill,to see his face when he watched the DVD was priceless.

Prompt turnaround, advised of progress all the way throughas if you're speaking to a friend.

I sent some very poor film and it was impossible to improve it, however some reasonable quality film came back looking very good. I don't know how the costs compare with other firms, but the system worked very well.

A tricky job transferring 9.5mm format to digital done without any issues

I shopped around on the net for a company to convert my Dad's cine films to dvd and decided on Cine Magic mainly due to their customer feedback (and prices). I was not disappointed with my decision. They even contacted myself to recommend having background music applied to the films (which I initially didn't want). I am so glad they did this as the films did seen odd when I muted the sound. I am extremely happy with the quality of the films and the service I received - I plan to get the few remaining films converted as soon as possible and can't wait to see my Dad's reaction when I give him the dvds.

Cine-Magic was very good value for money. The process of placing an order was straight forward and easy.

I was kept informed of each stage along the way which was very reassuring and the turn around was very quick.

A service I will be using again.
