I went to the Cinnabon franchise located in West Orange, NJ to pickup a order and one of the servers were rude. I entered with a smile, greeted and showed her my online order details. I pronounced the name of the customer which was myself.
She never greeted, she never smiled, I was made to feel as though I was a hassle and she seemed annoyed with my presence all together.
Further, regardless of me pronunciating my name she asked “ what’s the name of the customer?” as if it wasn’t written in the details. I pointed out the name on the order details repeating my name.
No apology rendered and she grab the bag with frustration which led me to think that she either had a awful day and chose me to bring it out on or was just simply pissed with me!
First online order from Cinnabon, well packaged and delivered quickly. Amazing pistachio kunafa topping. Will definitely use again.
Ordered two weeks ago - not dispatched.
Re-ordered one week ago - not dispatched
Refund requested today - not hopeful.

I bought what was supposed to be a box of 4 classic cinnamon buns at Cinnabon Shepherd's Bush Westfield today 29/03/2025, but instead got 3 whole buns & a forth one that appears to be half eaten. The assistant that served me quickly placed the prepacked box of buns in a bag & handed it over to me & cheerfully said enjoy! The cheek! I blame myself for not checking what was handed over to me, but I guess I was too trusting of them & expected them to do the right thing. I've taken photos of the box of buns & intend to use them to warn others to check their purchase before leaving that particular store. I know it's just baked dough filled with sugar & cinnamon but it's my money & I expected to get what I had paid for. I'm so disappointed!
I would give it 0 if I could.My friend and I went to Westfields Shepherds Bush and decided to buy Cinnabon.One of the worst thing I have tried.You order and then wait for it to be heated.The dough tasted uncooked and it was chewy and tasteless.My friend and I had two bites and then binned it ,which I hate wasting food.
Over 72hours late in delivery refused to cancel order happy for me to take delivery of out of date food not willing to offer a new order customer service total joke not willing to try and make things right.
Rubbish. Doughy, tough, chewy. Not nice at all. Bought the chocolate one. It wasnt chocolate, its was cheap nasty chocolate sauce. I took one home, heated it in microwave, tried it, binned it. All hype. Dont waste your money.
Ordered 2 oreo buns from the Trafford centre stall got them home and they were so dry definitely Not fresh won't be going again very disappointed.
Placed an order on Wednesday that was supposed to be delivered on Friday . It didn’t arrive and received an email showing a picture of my package inside a van and a notification stating it would be delivered on Monday. 1, it was supposed to be for a birthday on Saturday and 2: I don’t want stale buns that have been left in a van over a hot weekend. I have emailed the company but no response so far . Complete waste of time and money. Ps
Just had them delivered ( Saturday 11 am ) they feel a little hard but will hopefully soften up once put in the microwave.
I placed my order Wednesday evening for some Choco Bons and some Pecan Bons. They arrived this morning (Friday) just in time for breakfast and OMG they are gorgeous. Delivered by DPD so I had loads of delivery notifications keeping me up to date. I was worried what state they would arrive in but there was no need to worry. They were packed so well you wouldn’t even know they’d been on a journey through the post. They arrived in perfect condition as if you’d bought them in the shop and brought them home yourself. I’d ordered extra toppings and they were all there wrapped securely. There is a bit of self assembly required for the toppings which is great because I think if they’d been done in store I’m not sure they would have travelled so well. All instructions are in the box for the heating and self assembly. They are so fresh, I enjoyed one with a coffee and can’t stop thinking about them. Also as a side note, I’m not a big fan of cinnamon but these are absolutely gorgeous so if like me you don’t like cinnamon please don’t write these off until you try them. You won’t be disappointed.
