If I could put 0 stars I would . I paid £365 for a skip- did not receive a confirmation e mail with details of all the items you cannot put in the skip which is nearly everything that you want to skip when moving house . I have now been charged a further £168 pounds for 3 items on their list . My advice to not use circle waste . Customer service would not reduce this bill when contacted .
Terrible service
Terrible service. Skip didn’t arrive for 2 days and they couldn’t even tell me when it’s coming. I finally cancelled the order and they charged me ridiculously cancellation fee saying that because the driver was on his way! Time and money wasters. Avoid!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, damaged my driveway on skip collection 5 months ago and still waiting for date to be repaired. Constantly being told I will receive a call back and nothing, doesn’t respond to emails and when they do act they are re asking for things I’ve already given them.
Now have to go through a solicitor to get them to fix the damage.

The worst customer service, delivery, exchange, collection,..... total waste of time, money and energy. they keep on delaying and keeping you for hours on the phone then they will drop the line.. I don't recommend this company at all.
Avoid at all costs, unreliable, dishonest, and money-grabbing
Circle Waste Warrington gave me one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. They promised to collect my skip on the 10th, never turned up, and gave no warning. The same happened on the 11th .Then the next morning, without notice, a driver showed up, found my gate locked (of course it was locked they were two days late!), didn’t bother to knock or call, and just left. After that, they had the nerve to charge me £100 for a “wasted journey.”
This is outrageous. They failed to deliver on the agreed date, then punished me for their own mistake. It feels like a deliberate scam to squeeze extra money out of customers.
The lack of communication, reliability, and fairness is shocking. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not use Circle Waste. There are plenty of honest skip hire companies out there – this is not one of them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE LET DOWN - Skip was meant to be picked up 30th August and still after 12th sept still not picked up which was the completion date of new owners. They use the same excuse that they ran out of time or driver forgot etc. Getting through is a nightmare with 20 min waiting time.

Horrendous service! If I could put no service I would! Do not use! £60 cancellation fee for not being told what could go in the garden waste skip! Really disappointed and awful

If I could put no stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Having booked a skip through Circle Waste and paying upfront, I was made aware through the email I received shortly after booking that turf and soil is not to be included in the GARDEN WASTE skip. I phoned as soon as I read the list of items in the email (10 minutes after booking the skip), to be told I would be charged £60 for cancelling the skip. I was not made aware that these items are not included and as a residential customer, I feel many others could be conned out of money for also being unaware and not being told prior to booking

My experience echos other reviews. I received no replies to emails and the telephone wait time is diabolical. Eventually I got through and was told the order had been "missed" by the "transport team" which I believe is a euphanism for the subcontractors. So my waste will not be collected. They have totally let me down. I await my refund.
Terrible service
Terrible service, do not use, overpriced, difficult to get hold of and we have been waiting for 4 weeks to get the skip picked up and still no joy. I have called them 4 times and may I add I have been left waiting online for over 20 minutes and when i get through they give me a different day for collection of the skip and they have not collected again.
Do not use this company
We placed an order for a skip and paid £390 in advance. However, the skip was never delivered. We were later informed that the driver was unable to access the property — a claim we dispute, as our local council and other service vehicles have never had any issues accessing the same location.
Despite receiving no service, we were charged £150 under the justification of "driver unable to access the property." When we challenged this charge, we were told it was outlined in your terms and conditions, supposedly included in the confirmation email. We did not receive this email and, to date, still have not received it.
To summarise:
We paid £390 in full.
No skip was delivered.
We were charged £150 with no evidence or service rendered.
We have not received the email or terms and conditions referenced in your justification.

Keep way from this company they are rip off , I end up to pay nearly £550 for 8 yards skip , from 4-5 days collection I had to wait 10 days to collect my skip , the drive refused to collect the skip for over load which I understand why he refuse to collect, i request for changing skip to have another empty one but they refuse with all sorts of nonsense excuses , I would definitely recommend keep way from them, they’re the worst company
Absolutely horrific company to deal…
Absolutely horrific company to deal with, full of promises quick to take your money and not deliver 5 day delay on skips whilst being told lies every day.
This was for a commercial premises so the time scales are crucial, it cost me £1300 in wasted labour costs due to not receiving our skips, I dealt with 6 different people all of which failed to sort the issue, I spent 5 hours of my valuable time on the phone listening to their annoying music, their slogan of hassle free skips is a joke, in all my years in the construction industry I have never come across such an unreliable company like circle waste, my advice avoid at all costs.

This has been the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had. We booked and paid for a medium sized skip to be delivered and were promised it would arrive between 1 and 4pm, we were also told we would receive a call 1/2 an hour before hand. Waited all afternoon, as we were using their wait and load service, no call and no Skip! We called and were put on hold for 45 mins no-one in the Exter office where I order the skip from would talk to me they just kept putting me on hold for transport or for customer services. It was a nightmare . They have my money but I have no skip and no way of getting anyone to speak to me. PLEASE PLEASE DON’T USE THEM.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life.
I have all call recordings and evidence to prove my argument.
They sent KMR skip company out to me and they damaged my drive. It was a hot day and the driver used a slipper to put a full skip on which dented the tarmac on my drive.
Two months later, after i have made one call a week to see what the situation is, after they kept promising they would call me back, after all the investigations they made and all the correspondance behind the scenes between them and KMR, they have decided not to repair my drive.
Now, i have to go through small claims court.
Worst customer service ever. 10 weeks gone by and they have never ever dialled my number. Tom the so called manager, stopped talking to me after 4 weeks.
My guess is, most of the reviews on here are by staff and companies who are being looked after wasteonline.uk.
Never ever will i use them or work with any professionals who use them.
I have a lot of evidence for my complaint. Hence going through small claims court.

This company trades under different names.
We originally booked a large skip through Johnson Skips and paid an extortionate price of over £450 by card for the privilege. We were told the skip would be delivered on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Monday, so cleared an area for it to go.
During the weekend the invoice came through and I took a look at it and saw that it was from a totally different company, Circle Waste! This was not the company I'd been dealing with and I decided to check them out. Imagine my horror when I read the reviews on Google and Trust Pilot!
First thing Tuesday my son and I tried calling Johnson Skip Hire to find out exactly what was going on and to cancel the skip, as I didn't want the problems that other people in the many reviews have been having, especially being charged vast amounts of money on top when skips are finally collected, only to be put on hold for over an hour at a time, until I hung up and had to keep calling back again.
When I finally managed to actually speak to someone and ask why the skip we had ordered had not arrived and why the invoice was in a different company name, the person was rude and indifferent, saying that the skip would arrive when it arrived and they traded in many different names! I told them I wanted it cancelled and a full refund and was told I'd have to wait for any money to be returned and I'd be charged for cancelling the skip.
My son was already on the phone with the bank explaining the situation to our bank, so I told the guy on the phone that we had already requested a refund through our bank and our bank was already dealing with it.
This company is ripping people off and they know they are.
Do not give them your money.
AVOID — smaller skip than paid for, endless delays, zero accountability
Paid for an 8-yard skip and what turned up was clearly smaller (I measured and photographed it). When I challenged this, I was passed from pillar to post with broken promises and multiple delays. In my view this amounts to mis-selling, so I’ve reported it to Trading Standards and raised a credit-card claim.
What you don’t realise until things go wrong: Circle Waste are a broker, not the actual haulier. Their own terms say they use “nominated service providers/agents/sub-contractors.” In my experience that means they chase the cheapest subcontractor, then shirk responsibility when the service isn’t what you paid for.
Before you book, check the pattern on Trustpilot: a Bad rating (around 1.7/5) from 700+ reviews, ranked at the bottom of its categories, and a stream of recent 1-star reports about non-delivery, smaller-than-ordered skips, hidden charges, and refunds that don’t arrive. That absolutely mirrors my experience.
If you must use them: pay by credit card, photograph/measure the skip on delivery, and keep every email. Personally, I’d avoid like the plague.
