Booked a last minute cruise, so needed to a lft test. Click and collected 2 tests 5 minutes from home. Very easy to do the test and results were ready in minutes

From registration, booking, testing to receiving results were done and completed under 4 days. My test results came back in the night that I took it (less than 12hours) ready for my flight the following evening and was the cheapest in price in comparison to other companies.

The PCR test in Didsbury was so easy. The communication was excellent and Joe was extremely welcoming and friendly, explaining the process well and greeting me in the allocated parking spaces. The result was emailed very quickly. Would use again.

The staff were most helpful and courteous and made the testing so easy.

I booked a PCR test in advance, for an evening slot at St Pancras. I arrived 30 minutes early but there was no one else there, so they let me take the test early. I got the results 10 minutes before midnight as promised which was important to me, as I wanted a definite time frame for my results that isn't guaranteed with some tests by other providers. The test itself was simple and unproblematic. My only negative is that the staff aren't particularly friendly. There were two members of staff, and the man that helped me was very casual and it felt a bit like my presence was an inconvenience. I was handed a mobile to fill out my details and when I had questions, was told to wait a sec even though there was no one else there. When he answered the questions it was rushed like it was silly of me to even ask for confirmation before submitting my details, this bothered me considering getting the details correct are essential to enabling me to fly.

I just booked a PCR test through the website. Very easy to use. I did have a few questions and they were responded to by Amy. Amy was quick to respond, very friendly and helpful. What a great representative she is for your company.

We attended so our 2 year old could have a PCR test done prior to our holiday. We were seen by Joe and he was absolutely amazing with our little boy. He was very personable, yet professional. He made the whole experience comfortable putting us all at ease. This was our son's first PCR test so we were pleased Joe made it a positive experience for him. The results came back extremely quick. I took this pre departure PCR test is for returning Hong Kong. This test was accepted. Circular 1 provided a speedy service and result was got after 5 hours. But the staff there were not so friendly as other people say.
