I felt so looked after by Jo and the team, I went to the factory to buy, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. When I realised I'd bought the wrong size for my cup holder, I went back and they made sure I got what I needed... the best retail experience I've had in years... can't rate them highly enough.

Excellent customer service
Ordered two coffee cups and had a couple of issues, one with delivery and another with the product itself. Customer service was excellent and resolved both with no fuss and great efficiency. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with! Love the ethos of the company and would definitely buy again. The only thing I would change is to add some kind of non-slip sleeve as the smooth surface of the cup can be a bit slippy in your hand.

Lovely customer service
Lovely customer service and a great product. I used my rCup pretty much daily for many years, at a guess about 7, before losing it on a train. I much prefer the new lockable lid, so have treated myself to new cups.

Quality, no leaking and easy to use
Their travel mugs and bottles keep drinks hot or cold for a long time, as stated. They are super easy to drink from, just depeess the centre of the lid, then close with another press. Can be locked close for putting in bags and also easy to clean. Durable and definately worth it.

Steel cups and bottles
I did not receive my goods and Circular and co sent replacements without any quibble. The steel bottles and cups are amazing. I love that they are made from 90% recycled steel and are leakproof.

Best travel cup ever and superb service
I've had my well used travel cup for over 4 years, going strong, and love it! So just ordered a box of various colours and sizes for my friends (birthday gifts). Had a shocker with website (dodgy overseas connection probably the issue) and ended up ordering twice within a minute. The company refunded me right away after a short email. Box of cups arrived within a few days and gifts already being received with positive responses.
