Delivery was great.
The cup not so. Second cup of same style, neither has kept a drink warm or cold!

My 750ml water bottle leaked when I received it. I wrote to Circular & Co that night. Next morning they replied asking for photos. They couldn’t see any visible fault and so dispatched a new stopper immediately which I received 2 days later. No leaks now and a great product.
What a fabulous response and great care service.

We love the cups, very hardy they go to building sites everyday are dropped and packed in and out of rucksacks and are absolutely brilliant if you want a great strong cup of coffee on th go with zero leaks then these are for you! Beautiful design and colours are fab too!!

Won this bottle in a competition and, if I’m brutally honest, I thought it’d end up gathering dust like the other cheaper bottles I’d purchased over time. Wrong! It’s been a total game changer! Sturdy, keeps cold and (most importantly) doesn’t leak! I can’t be without it now and love that when it’s at the end of its life I can send it back to be recycled and get 40% off the next one. Result!

I recently won a Circular&Co water bottle and was very happy when it arrived - great look and feel in a very striking colour. After a few days I realised it was not in fact sealing, and when tipped - even with the lid in the closed or locked position - the contents would spill out. I contacted customer service and received an incredibly swift response from a knowledgable and helpful service agent. Jo was great, helping me check the components of the lid to identify where there was a problem and arranging for a replacement seal to be sent out rather than replacing the bottle, which some companies would do. This commitment to sustainability and the really efficient customer service underlines what a great brand this is. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Company / Customer Services
The cups are the best - You can drink from any angle and as someone who drops things a lot, these survive many, many drops. The stainless steel reusable cup keeps drinks warm for a good amount of time and their customer services team are prompt at responding and very helpful in resolving queries. Also they provide a takeback service where instead of throwing away a cup when you upgrade, they will recycle it and give you a voucher towards buying a new cup / bottle. Fantastic!

I love my sip cup which I bought from Waitrose about 5 years ago & I was devastated when the lid cracked. I looked everywhere for a new cup and bought a different make which kept my coffee so hot I couldn't drink it for hours. In desperation, I found your website and I now have refurbished my old cup. This is far more sustainable and I received my new lid within days.

Firstly I have to say - I love my Circular&Co cups. I've owned many unsatisfactory travel mugs - they break easily, the seals fail and can't be replaced or they can't go in the dishwasher and never quite taste clean. Uggh. The Circular&Co cups don't have any of these frustrating problems they do ALL the things you want your travel cup to do, wash easily, stay hot, last for hundreds of uses - and don't leak in your bag either.

I had a minor problem with one of our cups. I notified the team and they sent a replacement base. Actually, because they told me my old cup was still dishwasher proof, I'm not throwing it away - it's going to be our spare (we added a new lid) and will be used for several more years, just as intended.

Service is excellent. Cups are excellent. I'm not on commission.

PS - Please can we have lunch boxes/breakfast cups next??

I have had my travel coffee cup since the company had a different name! The lid was very scratched and not very nice to drink from. I was pleased to discover they sold replacement lids that still fit. The new lid arrived quickly, well packaged.

Great product, so thoughtfully designed

I've been using a circular&co travel mug for almost a year now. My idea of a travel mug is one that you can put a coffee in, then throw into your bag for travel, to be drunk when reaching my destination. I use a root7 bottle for tea through the day, but wanted a coffee cup as well and was lucky enough to win a circular&co large mug. After months of daily use i have to say I am very impressed. I fling this thing around in a rucksack and not once has it leaked...unlike another top brand I could mention (yeti) that leaked easily. The circular&co mug keeps my coffee hot even if it's an hour or more before i get to drink it. It's easy to use, just press the lid down to drink and pop it back up to seal, twisting it to lock in the sealed position for travel. This is possibly the ultimate travel mug...no lost tops, no fiddling about, no leaks. I will get another one just to have a change of colour but I have a feeling they last for a very long time, so maybe not for a while yet.

Excellent service and company. I sent them my old and broken circular & co cup lid and received a discount to buy a new one. The company does what it says and promotes a circular product life.

Received a 750ml bottle as a prize from the postcode lottery, and thought this is a nice product. Unfortunately after using with cold water only, the insides of the bottle seemed to be crumbling and when I emptied the bottle it left silvery slithers of material in my glass.
