Percentage of coffee materials
How much percentage of the mug is made from coffee grounds and how much from non biodegradable materials?

Thank you for your review and for your question. Each of our Made From Waste cups uses a different percentage of waste material depending on the source. Our Coffee Waste Cup is made using recycled coffee grounds - to give a more tangible sense of impact, the grounds from around one bag coffee is repurposed to make approximately 12 cups.
All of our cups are designed to be reused for years and are 100% recyclable at end of life as part of our Circular promise. They can be recycled via household recycling, or returned to us through our Takeback scheme to be recycled, and we'll send you a thank you discount off your next purchase.

I order 2 cups. They arrived in good time. One of the cups was not up to standard finish around the top edge.
I contacted support team. Jo very helpful & sent out a replacement.

Very good product but watch out if you try to clean it!
Very good product that doesn't leak. I did think that I had broken it before I had even used it though...I followed the instructions for cleaning it and popped the lid off with some force. It did go back on again thankfully after a few attempts.

Long time fans of this brand
Long time fans of this brand, I have two of the travel mugs, and they never leak and work so well to drink out of on the go. Bought one of the recycled steel water bottles a couple of months ago and, as with the mugs, it’s really easy to drink out of when I’m actually on the move, keeps things hot/cold as required and also looks good while doing it. Reason for writing the review now is I managed to break a piece of the bottle (entirely my fault and it took some doing to break it) and the customer support was outstanding with a replacement piece available. I think they represent great value for money. Love the ethos behind the products too. Five stars from me

Great replacement lid

I received 2 of these free through the…
I received 2 of these free through the postcode lottery a few months ago. I assumed as free items the quality would not too great sp they have sat in my cupboard unused since then and only used it for the 1st time last week to go and watch a football match. 2 hours after making my tea it was still surprisingly very very hot and not a drop was spilt at all, I am very impressed and plan on adding to my collection now ive seen the website and gorgeous colours they offer!
