Citymove Removals & Storage

I used Citymovers this week to move a large house load of furniture to my new home .
I was so impressed by the amazing professional job that Tie , Caio and Pedro did, they were fast efficient and friendly
It was a scorching hot day (36) but they got the job done super quick I was so surprised
So thank you guys I would recommend your team to everyone !!!!

From the outset I was made to feel confident with Citymove. Over the phone, their team was very helpful. As the pick-up date came closer, I honestly felt a little frustrated with less communication than I would've liked, and found it difficult to get actions completed without me pushing the point.
In the end, if you're organised yourself you'll have no problems. Citymove will move everything safely and on time, just ensure you're labels and itemized list is organised. My list was numbered, included dimensions of all boxes (incl. cubic meterage), and I had images of all boxes. As the boxes arrived, we ticked them off and everything was there. I also helped load at each end which I would recommend.
Moving is extremely stressful, but there is a lot you can do to ensure a pleasant move.

Excellent service. The driver communicated clearly with me on the day and my move was completed quicker than expected. They were efficient, easy to deal with, respectful and friendly.
I'm grateful that they made my move hassle-free and I will certainly be using citymove in the future.

Honest caring timely and they communicated. All for the rice they quoted. Thank you I say.

I've used these guys 4 times in 10 years, and they are always on time, professional, and great problem solvers. They work really hard, and never take longer than needed. Can't recommend them more highly.

City Move were easy to deal with, from the time I got a quote to the day of the move. Our removalists Greg & Danny were polite, friendly, careful & efficient, and completed the job quickly. Highly recommended.

Daniel&Thiago were our removal guys. Very impressive. Arrived on time. Very professional. Packed and unloaded there truck well. Good conversation as they worked. Very good at there job. CityMove were very easy to deal with. Easy to book and change dates if needed.

The Citymove team helped me move today. It was a great experience from start to finish. The team was both extremely professional and very helpful. I've moved 5 times previously in Sydney using other companies. Citymove are in a different league.

Reasonably priced with on time, friendly and efficient service. I'm glad I used Citymove for my removals.

We were wry apprehensive moving house. The two guys arrived on time and took approximate 1 1/2 hours to load and were careful with all of our furniture, particularly fragile items. We are now in Queensland awaiting deliver to our new home. Hoping everything will be delivered as smoothly as our pick up.

City Move provided exactly what I needed -- packers and movers -- and worked around my schedule. Nothing was too difficult for them. Every City Move person I met was professional, efficient and courteous, and I highly recommend their services.

Good customer service and reasonably priced. Citymove accurately estimated the time it would take to do the move (3.5 hours for a 2 bedroom flat), arrived on time, their movers were friendly and professional. I'd hire them again.

The team that turned up to assist with my move was amazing. They were professional, careful with everything they moved and worked at a speed that was superhuman. Would highly recommend City Move to everyone I know after this experience.

Professional, friendly and fast! Ivan and team did an amazing job moving us from the top floor of one apartment building to the top floor of another - all with no lift access.

From the moment the clock started they sprung into action and didn't stop until the move was complete. They tackled the stairs with good humour and energy as well as taking great care with our possessions. A huge thank you to Ivan and team for making this the most painless move I've ever done!

My belongings were so precious to me and I hadn't seen them for so long while they were sitting in an unsafe area, and they were delivered BEYOND EXPECTATION... I expected a lot less to make it, and your guys treated all sensitive things with care, even though as per my emails, to just stack it on and not worry. I am so appreciative!

Eye for detail of belongings, made a point to not miss a thing. Care in handling, even though many items had bird poo on them and other hazards, still made sure to exceed expectations and treated all belongings to the same top care. And so happy were the drivers. I could tell they really like their job, yet with their people skills, would do amazing in an admin position in your company as well. I cannot thank them enough, in having to deal with weird mentally damaged guy at pickup point, and handled the full task above what I expected, even with the unusual circumstances.

If I ever need anything moved, I don't go anywhere else!

Diego and Robbie did a superb job moving me. They were great guys, friendly and curteous. They took great care with everything they moved. And were outstanding representatives for City Move.
Really well done and thanks for the great work.

They were great over the phone, had to make some last minute changes and they were super helpful.
On the moving day itself Cleber and his team were super friendly and took extra care with all my belongings.

I have used City Move on 3 occasions now and all 3 times I have been so impressed. Very professional, fast and efficient the two guys who helped me move, Dan and Thiago were awesome - I cant speak highly enough of them. I will use City Move every time and recommend to anyone who is moving to use this company. Thanks guys, you did such an awesome job!!

The office staff were friendly and helpful and I was kept informed and in contact leading up to the move. The moving guys were polite and friendly and happy to work in with what we needed.
