Great delivery driver SC64, was very helpful and courteous. This the second time I have had this delivery driver and another great delivery experience.

Friendly and very helpful delivery man.

I was very disappointed with this delivery. The driver left the timber by the side of the road instead of bringing it into the garden, even though it was only a few steps away, the materials were left on the grass near the roadside, making it inconvenient for me to move them myself. What made it even more frustrating was that the previous driver, who was older, had no problem carrying a few wood into the garden. On top of that, this driver was rude and unhelpful. Poor customer service and a disappointing delivery experience.

Friendly, cheerful courier who delivered 5 large wooden boards, as per order. He put them where I asked him to with no problem. Courier parked sensibly. Happy with delivery service and courier. Good communication- received a link by email to check time slot of arrival.

Excellent service delivery driver sc64 he put items in garden as requested after advising him my partner will move into garage when he gets up from nightshift he offered to move it into garage which he did without complaint! This service was above and beyond what most delivery drivers would do much appreciated thank you

Received a call 20 minutes before my booking to say there were up 2 hour delays on the delivery service. The customer service agent told me they're unable to communicate delays to pre-booked delivery services since the drivers are freelance, the drivers are only booked in on the day.

I had to look for alternative delivery options as it's for a job where waiting isn't an option. Whilst I was busy organising the delivery stock (during the time I had set out), I received calls from CitySprint that they had found a driver but was unable to answer the phone. In the meantime, I had already organised another courier which arrived at the same time as their driver. I then had the stressful situation of having to communicate with 2 drivers, loading the delivery and being on the phone with CitySprint, getting told it was my fault and there would be a charge.

Have since been in communication and they are not offering a refund, there were multiple points of stress with their service and this doesn't reflect what a pre-booked service should provide.
