Relocating from Australia to London the team at Clark & Rose (Removals) handled the UK leg. The entire process from initial introductions, coordinating customs clearance, to the timely delivery of our shipment that was flexible to our convenience was handled expertly. The staff are friendly, super helpful and very responsive - we could not have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Clark and Rose were chosen to help us move from Hamilton, Canada to London, UK. They booked the Canadian side of packing with Armstrong moving. Lynn was our main point of contact and she was excellent in her communications; both in a friendly capacity as well as timely. The team of 3 that offloaded our contents were all equally brilliant, professional and courteous. I can't remember everyone's names, but Morris was one of them (we got talking about science as we waited for the lift, so that name stuck), but the entire team were careful with our belongings: they stacked heavy items first, with the lighter ones to the top. They did not throw anything from one to the other and were very careful handling our contents, which we sincerely appreciated.

Fantastic team from start to finish. Cheerful, efficient, polite, nothing was too much trouble. We had a very long wait to access our new property which meant the guys had to offload essentials and then return the following day - again, all this done with the utmost efficiency.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Clark and Rose again, they may not be cheap but they are worth the money and their efficiency means the customer has one less thing to worry about.

This is the most disgraceful removal company one could ever have the misfortune of using. I have so many precious antique items which have been in my family for generations which were destroyed by this useless company. They also managed to destroy a 2 year old Miele Washing machine. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!

We are extremely happy. We have moved A LOT around the world and Ian and his team stand out at the top. Ian, Tyler, and Lee made everything look easy. Professional, of course, but also personable and pleasant to work with. Ian even sorted out getting a larger piece in by removing the front door (and replacing it). We plan to use Clark and Rose next move and would gladly recommend them.

The guys were very professional and friendly, speedy as well!! Managed to load the van in super quick time and get it off loaded the same day into the different rooms & garage (75 miles away)

Clark and Rose were good value for money. The removing team were friendly and efficient in moving a large house in the time agreed. However, their approach was quite haphazard. For example, instead of leaving our bed until the last, they dismantled it nearly 5 days before the actual date of removal. Instead of starting to pack in the areas causing least disruption, they did the opposite. Boxes were incorrectly labelled and delivered to the wrong rooms in the new house. There were some breakages, including an irreplaceable piece of sculpture.

Right from the first contact, the team at Clark and Rose were communicative, knowledgable, professional and friendly. I felt reassured and confident that my house move would be in safe hands.
On the day, John and Ian were on time, careful, respectful of my properly and possessions and had a great sense of humour! They certainly made what is always a stressful time much easier to manage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clark and Rose to anyone considering their services.

The whole team really made the effort to where possible to make it a stress free as possible move.

Who calls for removal of empty boxes and packing, that this is a one time collection only and not a staged collection and removal so make sure all to be removed is total and complete.
