Waste of time ,
I waited two weeks for my bike ramp . Tracking was showing no progress . When I emailed them they told me they was waiting for the courier company to respond on their side as to where the parcel is and why is was not scanned, they was apparently in dispute with the courier and had to show them footage of it being loaded into their van, meanwhile I had to wait for them to investigate where the item was .
Each email promised an update yet I had to prompt each time , no apology , the operation coordinator needs to learn some client etiquette and the company needs to use a more capable courier 🚚
I’ve finally been refunded .

Think twice before purchasing tools
I bought a Milwaukee power tool from Clarkes in November. Two day's later, the tool seized and I contacted Clarkes. After a week, I was told that they bought it from another online store and I should contact the store myself.
The store will not deal with the issue as I didn't purchase the item from them and Clarkes are fobbing me off.

Bought a legacy 4 ton log splitter from these guys. Ordered the Saturday before the February bank holiday. They called me on the Tuesday after to say they had 1 fully assembled, and would i be happy to take it. Had it the next day, used it a couple of times now, and it's a brilliant piece of kit!! Would highly recommend these guys, and big thank you to them 👍🙂
