Terrible to deal with online
Terrible to deal with online. Ordered a Milwaukee M18 Vacuum with a €10 discount code. After querying if item had been dispatched I got an email saying there was a stock error and item was not in stock. I had a hunch this was because I used a discount code so I called up the store and an employee confirmed there was plenty of stock of the item. If €10 is that important to them they can keep it, I was happily willing to pay full price. Would never again deal with them as no need for blatant lies.

Nice website, Quick delivery, toys are a bit pricy but worth it. The only one think when we opened the box and started to put tractor togerher we noticed there was one small part missing, front light, one of 6. Thank god it was only that.

I am very disappointed after ordering…
I am very disappointed after ordering two chainsaws Tuesday week ago. We were given a tracking number and there has been no update since we have rang the office several times since Monday and was told yesterday that a new order was being dispatched today which there still has been no update on their on the gls website.
This is a very disappointing service and would be very slow to order from them again
Was also told yesterday a manager would be in contact today with me over a complaint of one of the customer service people and nobody bothered making a phone call

2 year wait for parts
Terrible customer service. I bought a brush cutter 2 years ago. Tried to get a replacement part 12 months after purchase. Was told it was ordered and i would get a call back. Never happened. I called in person to the store the folowing spring looking for the same part. Took all my details and promised a call back, Again nothing, Went back a month later and got the same story. It has been ordered but hasn't arrived. Absolute disgraceful way to treat customers. Avoid
