Had a wonderful experience buying our daughters first pair of shoes. Shop assistant Grace was fantastic, and really helpful. Safe to say I daughter loved her first shoe shopping experience (and made a new best friend in Grace)!

Customer service and the measuring/fitting services are a real plus. We went to another store prior to visiting Clarks and found no assistance, disinterested staff and a lack of choice. Thank you Grace who looked after us very well and cheerfully in Salisbury.

Leah and Sinead in the Salisbury store were super lovely and so helpful, I managed to find my perfect pair of shoes. They were so knowledgeable and patient with me (I can be so indecisive!). A 10/10 shopping experience!!

Thank you to Grace who served us looking for school shoes and trainers. With twins this did become a little confusing with lots of shoes all different sizes. She was very professional and helpful. As a result we left with 2 pairs of school shoes and 2 pairs of trainers and a happy mummy.

We were greeted at the front of the store for our children’s shoe fitting appointment & were offered the choice of taking a seat while we waited or to browse the store. We waited less than 5 minutes for our fitter to be available. I explained that I’d like to have both children’s sizes checked but that we would not be buying I store today. Clarks had sent me a 15% off code for online purchase, so I wished to use this at home. Sinead was so polite & helpful, giving advice on shoe care & as my daughter was in between a size & a half size she recommended the use of an insole which worked perfectly. She also offered to honour my discount code in store. My second daughters feet had not grown, so she didn’t require a new pair. There was no pressure to buy anything, where as during previous experiences while buying school shoes the fitter has brought out trainers at the same time to upsell a pair to the children. This has left me feeling embarrassed & the children disappointed when I can only afford one pair of shoes. Today was a very relaxed experience & I would like to thank Sinead & the other staff in Salisbury today for being so kind & friendly & generally making what is usually a very stressful experience a smooth & easy one!

Great experience getting our 2 sons school shoes. Very quick and efficient service, Sinead was skilled in measuring and advising on appropriate shoe sizes, able to answer all our questions and point out the available offers including making sure we got the best deal by checking with a colleague when we presented our Blue light card. A potentially stressful experience was a breeze! Thanks so much

I had an excellent experience at Clarks for my children's back-to-school shoe fitting. Abi was incredibly helpful throughout the extended fitting process and handled my often challenging kids with a brilliant manner. She provided superb advice on sizing and enabled a pragmatic approach to blue light card discounting. Highly recommended - we will be back!

Katrina at the Salisbury branch was extremely helpful when purchasing some shoes for my husband on the Bank Holiday Monday. She was very obliging from the start and then made sure we were able to use a gift card against the purchase, despite having difficulties. We took our 20 month old Grandson to have his feet measured, and as he had been very upset the last two times we were not looking forward to it. Sinead, our assistant, was amazing, there wasn't any upsets and we went out very happy. Thank you Sinead😊
