I have paid the bill, but the service is not available. I wrote 3 tickets, none of them are answered. Beware before buy anything from Clawcloud.

Very simple got my money charge me twice offer 7 day money back guarantee except there's no place to get the guarantee no place to contact them and the tickets that I wrote on their emails they deleted them total scam

This provider's servers have hidden speed throttling rules; once triggered, it takes a considerable amount of time to lift, and their ticket response time is slow. I strongly advise against purchasing unless the seller provides a commitment or makes improvements. Otherwise, it's best to avoid buying.

My experience with the Claw Cloud team has been excellent 😊. Their cloud service was stable with no issues, and their pricing is very affordable. The website interface is modern, easy to use, and makes the whole experience smooth. I appreciate their professionalism and quality ❤️.

FUll with error and bugs, really bad

ClawCloud is a scam, no matter which project you try to deploy, it wont work. The scam is based on baiting people to buy a premium tier and then simply not responding to emails asking for support. Free tier doesnt work either. Avoid at all costs.

Paid and got nothing back
Paid these guys for the premium plan on ClawCloud Run Service and did not get anything back. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY - THEY DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THEIR EMAILS.

I paid for VPS and after few months I am unable to log into my account despite the fact that I haven't received any emails about password change or whatsoever. 2FA backup codes didn't work either. Tried few times to contact customer support but without any response. Best what you can do is just look for more reliable provider.

The payment process is fast and convenient, but when it comes to finding customer support, there is simply no way to reach them.

I was previously on the Free Plan (Zone: US EAST ZONE, ID: 9ZrWUOIK01, NS: ns-tvb6zk8m).
After upgrading the app recently, it has been stuck in Creating, 0/36 pod status and is completely unusable.
I thought that upgrading to a Paid Plan would solve the issue, but it turns out I can only create new apps in the paid zone. My original app in the free zone contains many important data and workflows that I need to migrate — this was the main reason I upgraded to the paid plan.

Now, even as a paying customer, I still cannot access my original app or migrate my data. Am I expected to rebuild all my workflows from scratch?
Worse yet, there is no clear channel to request a refund or file a complaint.

The @clawcloud service is a scam with no after-sales support. After purchasing their Hobby plan service ($30), they did not respond to emails for a week, and there was no feedback from ticket support.

According to their official documentation, their paid plan service product is a scam.

The services and products built using Alibaba Cloud are not operated or maintained by anyone. which makes me suspect that this is a scam.

The ClawCloud Run Discord and official help center community are not maintained or responded to, and there are a bunch of bugs that are not being addressed. This is the kind of product service we are dealing with.
Even after purchasing the paid version, they do not respond to emails or support tickets. This kind of product service, this kind of money-grabbing service provider, is truly unreliable.
If you cannot deliver on the promised paid commercial services, then don’t harm others.

The paid membership exclusive area is unavailable, and neither support tickets nor emails are being responded to. Neither Discover nor the official help community is responding to messages. I have purchased their one-year paid membership version, which is very frustrating.

Got into [run.claw.cloud]. I am unable to get much out of the free version, even with the 5$ free credits they gave out from GitHub registration. My pods are unhealthy, and I doubt I can run my services reliably here. Thought on upgrading then, to see if there would be any changes.

After upgrading, the plan did not change. I am still in free tier, and went ahead to look for support. Looking at the help page is such a horror thrill. So many questions and support being asked, and not being answered after even months.

I can conclude that I just wasted my bucks on a brick. I would not like to wait for literal months just to get a single support message. Review is left as it is.

- The plan was upgraded, but I receive no notification nor support messages back. Despite waiting for that long to get my plan activated, I still can't recommend this service enough due to their Support being this incompetent.

They do not cares about anything but charging people money, when you asked something about the VDS they'll just ignored you, and when you ask something about purchasing and refunding they basically reply immediately, your network speed will gets throttle to 8Mbps when they so called "instances high demand time automatic allocation", they are just an Alibaba Cloud reseller and they does not guarantee anything, do not buy from them, if you must use Alibaba Cloud, buy from Alibaba Cloud itself.

I think Clawcloud is a scam because I signed up for the service but it hasn't been activated after 24 hours. I sent a support request with no response.

The company is selling 1gbps VDS with 2TB data transfer per month! but after purchased, i only used like around 3gb data outbound, it limit my speed to 10mbps data transfer in and 1mbps speed for data transfer out. I contact the support via ticket to ask for the problem i only got:
The issue you're experiencing might be due to the carrier's QoS. Please log into the server and perform a speed test to rule out any carrier influence.

If the speed test results on the server side do not meet expectations, it could be that your server triggered a bandwidth throttling mechanism, which will automatically lift after the server hasn't occupied bandwidth for a certain period.

what is that mean maybe? they don't even find the solution or give any explanation, absolutely not. they closed the ticket :))

I bought it to test an operations automation, on the fifth day of use I had problems, I could not access the VPS, neither through RDP, nor through the Clawcloud page, I had to restart the VPS, when opening the operations platform I realized that I had ended the operations 2 hours before the time I leave scheduled, that is, the server crashed. I contacted support and requested the cancellation of the services, they gave a discount proportional to the days used (I paid 41usd for 3 months of service, they are returning 35usd), for those who are going to test it I believe that it is worth it for the low cost, if it is for something more professional, invest in a more reliable VPS.

I have now been with CLAWCLOUD for almost a month, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with their service. The provisioning of my VPS was incredibly fast, and everything worked seamlessly from the start—no complications, no unnecessary waiting time.

I also reached out to support with a request regarding an rDNS entry. The response was immediate, and although this feature is not yet available, I was assured that it will be implemented in the future. The transparency and honesty in communication really impressed me!

Beyond the technical aspects, I truly appreciate the modern and visually appealing design of CLAWCLOUD’s website, including the smooth animations that make navigating the platform a pleasure.

I use servers located in Japan provided by Claw. They offer premium network routes, capable of fully utilizing my bandwidth. The latency is extremely low, with a ping time of just 54 milliseconds from China to Japan. They also provide free IPv6 addresses and an optional automatic backup system. Additionally, Claw features affordable pricing and sufficient stock, allowing purchases at any time. A variety of payment methods are supported, including credit cards, Alipay, and PayPal. I have been using Claw for three months now. During this time, there have been no network interruptions or fluctuations. The servers are leased from Alibaba cloud. My instance offers excellent speed to mainland China - far better than any other service I have used. The 2 drawbacks are that 1) in my case the credit card payment option got stuck and did not process for several days, leading to me overpaying for my service, and 2) the long response time of customer service (even billing has not yet responded to my ticket for several days). This is a great option for nodes with good connectivity to mainland China (except for the Singapore node) if you do not need fast customer support. Also, being a Chinese company, the safety of Alibaba cloud is questionable so you may need to add another layer of protection if you have sensitive data.
