Terrible service. The cleaners did not do a thorough job and did not work the hours we had paid for - one lady did 90 mins when we'd paid for 3 hours saying that she was done and had to leave - and then did not show up the next week. The service takes a huge fee paid three months in advance and has not refunded for the no-show or the incomplete hours. Their attitude is terrible.

They provide me with the clients and i arrange the day and time with the client which work for us both. If i am ever unable to attend a clean for any reason, they quickly provide a temporary cleaner for the client. Belle Casa has been very attentive, supportive and helpful. They have catered to all my needs, very quick response times and always a text away if i need them. They provide a happy and safe work environment and always make sure we are ok with regular contact.
