Purchased a DeepSea Seasweller Clean factory version (upgraded) for 384$ in Oct 2025 (order#CF1564491) .The Oyster clasp of the strap came off on one side by Jan 2026 and I spent over 2 months with customer service trying to find a way to fix it based on their service policy. In April, got the shipping address to send it for repairs.Paid for the shipping 50$ USPS from US and an additional 85$ to ship it back but they have disappeared once they got in possession of my watch (which they confirmed) and every means to contact them has failed. Paypal refunded me the 85$ for the return shipping but I am without my watch and a total loss of 475$ .
Hope they will look to resolve this issue to repair their reputation.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the watch I recently received from cleanfactorywatches.net. I paid $210 for this item, but it arrived completely broken with internal components that rattled like a toy. I opened the back, and everything was detached.

It is unacceptable that a product in this condition was shipped out. I feel completely misled by the quality of the item I received compared to what was advertised.

Given that the watch is non-functional and arrived damaged, I am requesting a full refund of $[210.00] to my original payment method. Please provide instructions on the next steps for resolving this matter.

I was a bit skeptical before ordering, but I’m glad I took the chance. My Clean Daytona looks fantastic — very sharp details, the movement runs smooth, and it even passed a few casual “tests” with my watch buddies (no one noticed it wasn’t authentic).

If I had to nitpick, I wish the lume was just a bit brighter in the dark, but for the price point, it’s hard to complain. Communication with the seller was responsive, and the whole process felt safe and straightforward.

It’s honestly one of the best replicas I’ve come across. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality without breaking the bank.

I bought a Clean Factory Submariner a couple of weeks ago, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to feel this close to the real thing. The weight, finishing, and dial details are all spot on — you’d have to really know watches to tell the difference. It wears comfortably and keeps great time so far.

The only minor thing I noticed is that the clasp felt a little stiff at first, but it loosened up after a few wears. Shipping was faster than I expected (took about 12 days to the US), and it came well-packaged with all the extras.

All in all, great value for the price. I’d definitely order again.
