I was so panicked that I had completely ruined a pair of my Balenciaga's, after a small wine spillage incident. What can I say, service was excellent, efficient and very informative. Kept up to date with progress and price was very affordable. I received my trainers back looking as good as the day they were bought. They had a can do attitude and very friendly service.
