Eric was absolutely brilliant throughout the process, his area knowledge proved invaluable to my search and undoubtedly saved me both a lot of time and money. He was also extremely accessible, friendly and always made me feel like I could talk to him and air out any questions or concerns I had. We used Eric at clear choice to help us find a mortgage. One of us is self employed and the other earns a foreign income but Eric was brilliant in finding lenders that would consider our circumstance and he was always willing to help with useful advice.

Our purchase dragged on a bit but in that time the mortgage rates dropped a few times and Eric was always fast to react to secure them which in the end will save us thousands.

We honestly couldn’t thank Eric enough for the work he’s put in to not only finding a lender that will lend to us given our circumstance but also getting us a great rate in some tricky times.

Eric was the advisor. The exchange contracts have been took 6 months, had to change solicitors 3 times, so it was stressful process for me. Luckily, Eric always returned email\texts in same day.
