Go somewhere else
Well, I uploaded all the paperwork and they kept on saying the AWB was wrong and it became extremely frustrating since my shipment was already waiting at the airport to be cleared.
I hired another broker and gave them the exact same paperwork and my shipment was cleared within 24 hours.

When I arrived at the boarder with my shipment the paperwork clearit provided was not filed properly with customs. After three hours of going back and fourth with another broker at the boarder I was finally on my way.
