My insurance agent Cherisa Alford went out of her way to find me the best Medicare advantage plan out there. On top of that, she saved me $1080 by finding a mistake my previous agent did, so I should get a refund of $1080. she also informed me I had Medicaid, when I wasn't aware of it so I could get the advantage plan. I am eternally grateful to her for her help in setting up my insurance plan. She was very informative on every aspect of my insurance and in finding me the best plan to use going the extra distance and out of her way to make sure I was satisfied.

Representative inquired about all of my medical / dental providers as well as my medications and preferred hospital and pharmacy. Once I provided these, he saw to it that the plan selected accepted all of these at a reasonable cost.

I was on the phone with my rep for almost 4 hours. She broke everything down for me. Wanting to make sure ALL my needs were met. So far I am extremely happy with her and clearlink! Hopefully g e t the same treatment from atena!

As of right now it appears that my WellCare plan is INACTIVE?!?! January 30th during the call when I switched my plan it was supposed to be effective 2/1/25 since today is 2/8/25 I'm still not able to know if I have my Medicare Supplemental WellCare?!?! From the text it states successfully completed and submitted application and I can not get any more information about my application process- since 1/30 & 1/31 my status has been processing.... ....
As of today 2/8 I'm not sure what or if I have any health insurance with my WellCare?!?!????
Once this mess is cleared up I can come back and change my review. The guy I originally spoke to about my plans was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and he deserves a far better review than I have given however all this behind the scenes work has to be completed and no one is available on the weekends to help us out so we will need to be patient and praying I didn't get into a scam during the call I decided to see what was going to be said since these callers are bombarding everyone's phones with these Medicare Supplemental insurance till the deadline in march arrives
