I like the idea of financial help with over counter drugs

Brooke was incredible!!! I had no idea how much I was overpaying for my Medicare supplement plan! She saved me so much money! I no longer have to pay a premium and I am going to be paying less for medications! She has been an absolute lifesaver!

I was genuinely surprised by how unwell I felt but was impressed by the immense concern and dedication to providing me with attentive care by the day and night staff. This hospital is truly exceptional for treating heart issues. To ensure nothing was overlooked, there were often multiple doctors present in the room, all actively listening to each other's thoughts. The hospital doctor, Dr. Ochs, consistently provided direct responses to my questions, never glossing over important details. If a doctor were to be cloned, it should be him.

YaKira spent a LOT of time on the phone with me and found exactly the plan I was looking for. Recommended!

I did NOT know what to expect when I was volunteered to help our mother sign up for a Medicare Advantage plan. As soon I explained to the Clearlink's agent, Adam, his voice changed from a sales agent to a friend status. Adam was very kind to my mother and kindly asked her for permission to allow me to represent her during the process and at the point, I knew that Adam will make this process as easy as possible for me. I was encouraged to ask questions and to not hesitate even if Adam is in his sales mode. Adam was very friendly and kind assisting us from the beginning to the end of the process. Thank you, Adam!

It didn’t take too long! The lady that processed my application was competent and courteous.

Lacita, the agent who helped me to select my plan was very thorough and patient with me. She gave me a lot of options available to me. That United Healthcare DID NOT tell me and neglected to let me know my privileges and options that were included in my plan for many years that I've been with them.

Actually, it's my 2nd call to Aetna (Clearlink) that it was a good thing I got Lacita to help me to Decide to leave United. My 1st Clearlink call was not pleasant because the Male Agent DID NOT KNOW a lot about my concerns, Unlike Lacita at 72 years old Know more About the plans of Aetna than this guy.

My agent was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process , helping us load our meds and all the various data Medicare requires. We would wholeheartedly
recommend Clearlink based on his performance.

Lynette was excellent, and very helpful. She went through the process with me that when I didn't understand something she gladly repeated it and even walked it with me.

I spoke with my agent back in October about a possible change in my Medicare advantage. I decided to change from People’s health to Aetna. I forgot her number so I was a bit concerned about the change. I wanted her to take care of this for me. Yesterday I received a follow up phone call from her. She took care of me and my husband’s change. She was very professional. She knew exactly what she was doing.

I called to get my Dad a plan and the Agent was great,found a Aetna plan for my Dad with everything he needed.
