I have used Medicare for 8 years and was ready to make a change to my program. I spoke to two agents before I reached Clearlink and was so frustrated after speaking to them I almost gave up. But when I reached clearlink I was connected to someone that was knowledgeable and patient comparing my old plan to potential new plans. He was so thorough that I signed up as we were speaking on the phone!!
