I had a fantastic experience with this firm. Tom, the owner, was professional and clearly committed to providing excellent service, and Sabina was outstanding throughout.

Tom was very rude, patronising and talked over the top of me. He has literally written a letter stating that a parental agreement is so my ex partner doesn’t break his non molestation order. That is not what a parental agreement is for, so I did not continue communication.

I recently use this firm to resolve an unfair dismissal case spoke to Tom then a friendly and very helpful Jessica deal with my case . The case was resolved thanks to the professional way and knowledge this firm have in employment law. Phoned to make an enquiry about the free consultation advertised and the hourly rates for family courts matters .
Maybe caught Mr Clements on a bad day but he was quite disinterested , rude and not very helpful . In a rush to fob me off and get off the phone . The call was extremely brief.
