False advertising update

My name is Laurie Brown. I ordered Clenzy 2/22/26. The next day I emailed customer service to cancel my $59.99 order as I did further research on the ingredients and found several that are unhealthy to inhale. I asked for immediate refund and cancelation of order the next day. Nobody has answered my email. There is no phone number. This product is NOT something I want to put in my body...possibly worse than cigarettes. I just want my money back. False advertising.
UPDATE: I received below response from the REAL Clenzy customer service. Turns out that I ordered a 'knock-off' even though the website cleary said I was ordering Clenzy...I was not! It is a company called Nuveira and they are the one's responsible for false advertising. It was through a FB ad. Clenzy worked with me to see if there was anything they could do. I sent them a screenshot of my purchase and the order number was NOT theirs. They were very helpful! Now I will have to dispute transaction through my bank. Please be careful when ordering things via FB ads as many are falsely advertising as if they are he real product, when in fact they are not! Thanks to Clenzy customer service for getting back to me and helping me, much appreciated

This is not the product I ordered. It doesn’t look anything like your advertisement and it surely is not worth the money I would like a refund. I will send you your worthless product back. It is like a straw, sucking air, not even a strong flavor in the air. Very disappointed please let me know how I can get a refund.

After finally receiving my order
After finally receiving my order, took a while. I was very excited to try it. I might be doing it wrong, assumed you took out the plugs at each end, but when I puffed nothing happened. Not like the ad where there are puffs of smoke coming out. Supposed to replicate the action of smoking! Waste of money!!!!

The overall customer service from Clenzy made my experience great. I didn't think my package was being delivered due to weather and no update on the tracking service. I received an immediate response regarding an investigation, and to my surprise, the package was awaiting me at home that day. I do believe that was because of timing, but in 2026 great customer service is few and far between. I truly hope this product helps me to stop vaping all together. Thank you.

Wonderful product
Wonderful product, makes giving up smoking a real fighting chance. Order it asap because it takes about 2 weeks to recieve the product. Best to buy the 10 pack deal. Hits just like a real cigarette but with no bad additives. Highly recommend it.

I ordered vitamin infuser from Clenzy. Com and never received the product. Also, the customer service phone number wasn't legit.
Recording said that the mail box was full. Yeah, full of hooey that is!
