I needed to repair a cable feeding an underfloor heating mat which I cut during DIY activities. The website was very clear about the product range. One of Cli-mate's staff was very helpful on the phone and the goods I had ordered arrived promptly. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I had ordered an item I didn't need and returned it; Cli-mate arranged a full refund the day they received it. Full marks for both sales support and aftercare!

Great Customer Service
Bought a Heatmiser Neostat Wi-Fi thermostat to replace an existing V2 model. Stat arrived really quickly and installed the same day.
Unfortunately, the unit went faulty the next day so I called Cli-mate. Call was answered straight away and I was put through to technical service straight away. They called me back in the afternoon as promised after speaking to Heatmiser.
They confirmed unit was faulty and arranged for new unit and collection of faulty one to be collected within one working day. New unit in and seems to be working fine.
Now, that’s what I call customer service. Everyone that I spoke to was really friendly and really helpful.
I would definitely use Cli-mate again in future.
