What a disappointment this product is. I followed all the instructions to the letter and yet lettuce was so bitter it was inedible. 3 pods grew nothing at all for tomatoes. 1 tomatoe pod grew 3 toma... Mehr ansehen

I've had such good returns on the pods I ordered. Everything growing well and I am about to harvest the first of my mini tomatoes. A treat to see the tiny tomatoes grow and ripen. I've not had to buy lettuce at the store since the pods grew enough for a good salad almost every day.
I was careful to hand pollinate the tomatoes and used a small paintbrush to do that. A little poke daily while the flowers bloomed seems to be enough.
I'm happy enough with the results to order different things each time one of the pods has done it's job and needs to be replaced.

Everything I have attempted to grow, has grown. My focus has been on the flowers and they have all done amazingly well and they last for months. Some were slow starters and would be puny for quite a while but then they seem to settle into their pod and -
BOOM - growth spurt and flowers soon follow - lots of flowers. Have just put a wild strawberry into play - the first non-flower - and my fingers are crossed it does well.

The only plant that grew was basil. Three chive pods and 2 mint pods never germinated.

I really love your plant growing station. It is very convenient, efficient, and beautifully designed — it looks perfect in my kitchen.
My only suggestion would be to offer mixed packs of 3 pods (for salads, herbs, and flowers). That would make it easier to try a wider variety of plants.
I also wanted to ask if there is a solution in case a seed does not germinate. This has happened to me several times with cherry tomatoes.
And the special marker or labels in set would be a value.

The company does a great job delivering the product with easy directions. It’s effortless. It’s an emotional connection. A mirrored end table is an ideal ecosystem. The first bloom is an experience.

Firstly, Kai in Customer Service was a huge help when I messed up my order. That is so rare nowadays. I didn't open the box until after we returned from vacation and I was missing a pod cover. No problem, Kai sent me three at no charge. So appreciated.
And the excitement now of watching everything grow is the best feeling ever. I have all these little mini herbs growing and the excitement everyday is so fun. Thanks for a great experience all around.

Overhyped, high-maintenance, and a waste of money and water
I am extremely disappointed with the Click & Grow garden. It is marketed as an easy, low-maintenance solution, but in reality it is exactly the opposite.
The system is high maintenance, performs poorly, and uses an unreasonable amount of water. Despite carefully following the instructions, I repeatedly encountered algae growth, weak plant performance, and recurring issues that required constant intervention. This completely undermines the promise of an “automated” garden.
The customer service experience only added to the frustration. Issues are dragged out through repeated back-and-forth chats without resolution, ultimately ending with the claim that it is “too late” for a refund. This approach feels more like a tactic to exhaust customers than to genuinely help them.
Between the excessive water usage, ongoing maintenance burden, persistent algae problems, and frustrating customer support, this product is overpriced and overhyped. I genuinely regret purchasing it and would not recommend it to anyone seeking a simple or sustainable indoor gardening solution.
Save your money — and your water.

It's a great idea, but unfortunately it doesn't fully work: 3-6 out of each 10 pods just don't grow, even if super new (if they're a couple of months old, than usually _nothing_ grows). You can actually see that the pods are badly made: some sort of industrial process that many times leaves seeds on the outside (!!!) or seeds totally missing. It would be MUCH better to just offer empty pods, then, and sets of seeds. Also, what's the point in selling boxes with 9+ pods?! The minimum seems to be 3, which is already too much - why not allow us to pick and choose, and/or offer sets with just 1-2 of each? So, all in all, it's a good hardware, with awful "software". I hope some other company starts to produce the pods, so I can still enjoy the herbarium. I would use it MUCH more if I could have more quality on the plants.

2 out 3 strawberry pods did not grow. Looks dead. Online request for replacement is so long. Asked for serial no. I don't keep packaging or know when I planted them. Just know 2 out of 3 didn't grow. It's hit and miss I guess. Im not convinced click grow.

Great customer service and impressive and quality, albeit slightly on the expensive side, products.
My original order was made by mistake (a misalignment about a bday gift), I asked for cancelation and full refund, which was immediately approved and I got the refund requested almost the same day.
My second order was the Hydrovase, with which I am quite happy. Have it for a month already and it's really nice.
For sure will make a second order, either for myself or for a friend.

Had this for three years and tried most of the pods for this. It’s crap. It’s not even nice to have if you are going away or if you really wanna grow tomatoes or strawberries.

FYI , this is the first review of any company I have ever written.
Terrible customer service . I have been ordering from Click and Grow for years and have recommended them family members.
For years , all my orders have come to correct address . My last order was sent to an old address of 4 years ago because of a glitch in the purchasing app they use . My current address is default address , so not sure how that even happened .I didn’t even own click and grow at that time .
No replacement or even partial refund was offered . Just a series of rude email replies .
There are other companies that sell hydroponic pods ( Amazon has several ) and I will switch . May try to make my own.
Terrible customer service over a $50 order .
