I have used Clifton Private Finance on a number of occasions now, and they are firmly my go-to team. This latest deal was a bridging loan handled by Nick Kerley and his fantastic team at the Cardiff office, and it was a true test of their capabilities.
The case was hit by literally every possible complication and issue you could imagine. I arranged a bridge loan through Dylan Humphreys, the service was excellent. I received an offer in principle within 24 hours of our initial conversation and Dylan was able to provide referral to lawyers who were also excellent.
