I was getting ever more concerned at the delay in my solicitors taking an eternity to sort an orthopaedic expert following my injury. My Phone appointment time was 12:30 and they rang me dead on, the lady that conducted my interview is known as RT5, during the 15 minute triage I was made to feel relaxed and at ease, all the questions ask I found to be very sympathetic and understanding with my condition which ended with her making an appointment for me to see a physio which I’m seeing in two days time, can’t praise RT5 enough, excellent service.
